So it's that time of year were its going to start getting cooler out. Bow season is right around the corner. Tags are out. Whats everyone got to do before season starts? Whats everyone got done? Any monster deer on the hit list? I just put in 2 small throw and grow plots at a spot I tripped across then put a camera there and was amazed with the amount of deer using it for a travel lane. So I had to set up another spot. I got my tags 2 6ps so that's huge. Been doing a good amount of shooting with the bow. Finishing the inside of the new bathroom at camp. Little mudding of the walls and another set of bunk beds to build and we will be set to go... Hopefully. How's everybody else doing ??

If your waiting for rut until 10-20...You're late lol. 9-15 is for some reason my favorite hunting day of the season and has been for a few years. I got a doe on he 14th last year after not having a shot at a brute. Then the following day on the 15th I got my favorite buck of my life. A non typical.

Ive had 3 of them in my life that stuck in me. One on my knee and two on my leg. Hate them. Took 2 off my dog this year already. If you see a bullseye run to the hospital lol. No really, but goodluck.

I know i'm a few days late but did anyone go to the Snirt run. I was there. Had a blast. Lot of people as usual but the weather being good really had the place flooded. Lot of playing in mud getting stuck and eating good food. Cant wait till next year. Anyone else go. If so, how was your experience !?
