  1. ahh - they use the dogs to push. I was thinking like a rabbit but rabbits circle back. I assumed that was not the case with a yote.
  2. How does one kill the coyote when its run by dogs? Its not like a bear, coon or cougar that trees itself. I feel for you buckmaster. It would annoy me too having someone else's dog chasing game on my property. Its still a form of trespassing.
  3. And I always wanted to pet a wild lion and tiger. Be a blast. uhhhh no thanks.
  4. Go with Morrison max 6 limbs and whatever ilf riser you prefer. Seriously, they are outstanding, durable, quiet and will shoot a heavy arrow fast at light draw weights. You can also keep an eye for the max 5s which are close and around for sale used. I have owned most of the high ends one and the only ILF limbs I have kept are the Morrison. Border is also great but durability sucks!
  5. Yep - now every crazy there wants to swim with her and take photos.
  6. That is one expensive crossbow. Then again, I have blown money like that on bows that shoot arrows at 180fps. lol
  7. It is - stag 15 with the varminter upper. I have been happy with the two stags I own. So far they are proving to be better shooters than my dpms but I do need to spend more time with all of them.
  8. 55g hornady. That rifle and ammo will shoot better than I can as I don't consider myself a better than average shooter with a rifle. Look forward to shooting that combo off a bench at 200.
  9. X2. The cost is long forgotten but the comfort lasts. Wore them today sighting in and was very comfy.
  10. 140yds off sticks. 4 shot group low and then 2 clicks up and just on top of x. Should be on from 0-225ish without adjusting poa for yotes. Shooting better more it breaks in. Pretty happy with it so far. Didn’t want to set up lead sled and table in this weather. But will when weather breaks. Good for sat. Fingers crossed.
  11. Yep way different type of riding on an ATV. Same hours should yield a lot more miles on a sled.
  12. Really hoping I can hit that new yote property Sat. Hold off at least until late Sat please bad weather.
  13. Trigger isn’t great but really overall it’s pretty good. All 3 of my hunting group bought one.
  14. Greg the carbon express x force package is all one needs to hunt except broadheads. Not very expensive but I find it shoots great. Includes a scope and bolts all which seem fine. I even ran mine over with my truck accidentally and just busted the quiver. Otherwise it’s fine. Not sure what a more expensive xbow would do better. Maybe be a bit faster? One of the few times I went economy and was impressed. Can be had for $200 or less on eBay.
  15. But how many deer has that dude killed. Wooly is more well rounded talent wise!
  16. Looks like south and east are more likely to get hit with big snow. For once us WNYers may catch a break.
  17. Camofire has the 3-15x42 on sale for $649. That's a really good deal for anyone interested. I just don't prefer the Z reticle which is their only option.
  18. Hug is OK, but don't start breathing in my ear!
  19. You folks need to get back to an American classic. I only wear Allen Edmonds at work, but mostly because they fit by big fat feet comfortable. That said, I have some pairs that are 10 years old and still holding up great.
  20. with his chainsaw and latest sculpture .... must be the jim beam diet you have been on for 50 years.
