TF, I’ll have plenty of doe tags for 8H , so don’t apply for those, if you need a couple I’ll sign them over . Whats good about this year is being retired , last year with my daughters nursing schedule and my FF one , seldom did our off days match up . -
Btw the beer was 24 oz , $15 plus &2 tip, and it was poured by my wife’s friend of 40 years . I liked it better when some brother firefighters worked there , I never paid for a beer then ....

Attorney, Army Major, heavy drinker, giant ego, a bit of an a$$ . My kinda guy ! He should have dropped the toupee, and just embraced his baldness though , his only flaw .

Last time I was there was with a group of motorcyclists in the ‘80s and the streets were packed with bikers, many of the kind you might keep clear of. One of the guys we rode with wanted to strap his shotgun to his handlebars for the trip, and most filled their helmets with ice and hung them on the side of their bikes so they had cold beer for the ride up .Which since we stopped at each bar we passed , seemed unnecessary. The cops shut down the street and my buddy lost a mirror and tail light to a night stick .... I hear it’s much nicer now though . -
Here’s the one I bought one daughter prior to her trip to Glacier National Park .

Steve that’s the Tinker , model, I owned two, wore the blade down from sharpening on the first , cut a lot of cardboard when I worked in a factory . Jeremy , I have a Scrade LB7 , that sits in the safe after I lost it, then found . So many adventures with that knife I was sick over losing it , so now it only comes out occasionally.

This is my Victorinox Soldier, unfortunately no longer made. I prefer the Alox handled SAKs as they’re built a bit more heavy duty , this one was made in ‘01 . About the only thing I wish it had was the saw . The screw drivers, bottle opener and even the awl do come in handy . That awl makes good starter holes for screw in hooks . Although when in the woods I tote a multi tool , as between , chainsaws, tree stands , guns, bows, and so on ,I appreciate the pliers , file and other tools .the Leatherman Wingman is pretty light and has a pocket clip , I often carry that, but not a lot of tools on it as say the Wave . Both my kids hike and I bought them each a good SAK .They’re a very good bargain , are non threatening and just cool . And actually I did know most of those ten things !

Well many will say to stay out of the thick areas and get them coming and going . For my spot that’s not really possible , as my thick spot is surrounded by crop fields on three sides and they can pop out into them at anytime unseen ( if corn is standing ) and cut ones they don’t enter till dark . Also no place to put stands but along the field edge , I’d rather be in a bit where they move while it’s light. I have stands in there , but not very far in , typically 30 or so yards . I’ve done very well in there , and yes the wind is key .

Free speech is not constitutionally protected in private places . Did your kids have free speech,in your home ? Can you tell your boss at work to F off and die , without fear or reprisals? If it’s not a space owned by Government the owners can do as they please . its a bit long, https://www.businessinsider.com/facebook-is-not-here-to-protect-your-freedom-of-speech-2016-7 , and here’s a section Despite how important social networks have become in fueling social movements like the Arab Spring and Black Lives Matter, their responsibility isn't to upholding democracy. Facebook and Twitter — corporations with shares traded on the NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange — are responsible first and foremost to their shareholders; their ultimate goal is capturing our attention and keeping it so they can show us advertisements. The First Amendment doesn't protect a user's speech on a private company's site. On the contrary, the First Amendment protects Facebook's right to say what can appear on its platform. -

I loved that Matador, parents friends owned it and only drove it up,here in the summer ( lived 8 months in FLA ) I bought it for a grand when it was ten years old , clean as new . Saddly it got totaled by a RPD car during a high speed chase down Clifford ave one night . At least I got to kill a doe with it on Bay road first . mine was same as this one .

Thanks , I looked at my watch , to see how long it took to get to PNC park, it was 3 or 4 minutes to 1:00 . They said this happened around 1:00 . Funny thing , we met a friend for breakfast , then he drove us all around on a “ tour “ I started to get antsy as I wanted to leave our hotel for the game at 12:30 , but we weren’t even back there yet, finally I said we need to return to the hotel . So that put us about a half hour behind .
