Couple nights back a short walk from condo . 4 scallops ,6 shrimp with some lemon butter sauce with cappers ,everything from the rice to vegetables as excellent. The drinks at $14 a pop annoyed the Mrs. Not the best photo

I thought this was going to be about Leprechauns what with St . Patty’s day coming up and all .

She should perhaps use the time off to jog . I don’t care what she says or does same for Joe Rogan or anyone really ,and I’m not for blocking, canceling or anything else when they say something I don’t care for . This is the first I heard of it btw and I’ve never listened to Joe, but I am curious now .

Just came in from having our morning coffee , gym and beach day ahead . Seems nice back home …

Skipped the gym this morning for the ER, ended the day at beachside bars, then hit a cigar shop on the way home . All’s well my varicose veins were In pain so bad I was limping . They were a hard mass, no blood clots according to the ultrasound , old age is not for the weak . Who knew they would wand me with metal detectors at the door , that was interesting lol, empty your pockets. Clunk, thud, clink , hey will you boys hold these for me ? They did .

I’m a conservative and I bitch about many things this state does , but the NY Police,Fire pension fund is one of , if not the best managed pension fund. Fully funded, very good roi ,they also keep the states greedy hands from raiding it which is probably key as well . Although we invested as if I’d get nothing ,so that’s pretty damn sweet at this point .

If you want a fire pit, I can get my nephew to move you up to a two year wait for one of his . It’s a bit far but for me he’ll do it .

There’s like 200k people there , if it was a 24 month calendar I’d have made the cut . I’m a solid 9 there for sure . when we stop there on the way back I’ll lobby for a spot , even if I have to sleep With the female judges .

One doesn’t want a trophy wife, for the simple reason that everyone wants a trophy , aka your wife . It’s much better to do as I and be the trophy husband .

Every worker in stores, restaurants and bars are wearing them , I’m sure it’s not a choice as many are chin or mouth wearing them . Customers about 50/50, we’re in a large condo filled with snowbirds ( so old farts ) from many states, and Canada , nobody here wears them . Last night at the bar, restaurant or out on the crowed pier watching the rocket launch, I’d say less then 1 in 10 , perhaps 1 in 20 I didn’t count lol but it was very few .

Thanks ! I’m better now, urgent care called yesterday and said I don’t have a stone …based on an X-ray . I had pain that came in waves , from lower rt back through pelvis into groin , nauseous at times . I said well I’ve been peeing out pieces of something for two days, including in the sample I gave you and you saw them , so I think It broke up and I peed it out. She said well almost everyone with stones has blood in their urine and I said I didn’t , that’s all she went off I guess . So I just had the signs and symptoms of a stone and pissed out gravel but I didn’t have one ….. ok . off to find a gym for the month .

3,2,1 blast off from Kennedy Space Center . Someone said the pier was 3/4 of a mile so we walked it was 1 1/2 , we got our steps in .

So we’re in Fla. I was shocked that half the people in stores are wearing masks , but being fla everyone is super nice and interacts with non mask folks in a friendly and civil way . Any social place is zero masks, like last night the boardwalk was packed wall to wall with zero masks seen .

I gave you a trophy for that !

So my advice is don’t get kidney stones while Traveling!! Been batting it since Tuesday , very very strong pain, two nights of zero sleep , got a bottle of RX pain pills from a guy at the villages ,that helped a tiny bit . Today went to urgent care got two RX an X-ray ,urine test etc . Getting small pieces in my pee . It was so bad I had to have the Mrs drive , and she Passed a blacked out cop car in the the number two lane ,not knowing speed limit dropped from 60 to 45 lol . He dropped in behind us then broke off . Ok we’re on the beach in Cocoa beach, surf fishing is very good they say, there’s a rod in the condo ,I’ll have to learn. Just walked to the beach to see a rocket launch , but it was cancelled at the last minute because a cruise ship was out front of the launch area , WTF one would think they’d be kept out of the area for the launch .

Lol , I never much cared for the place , the more I go the better I like it . Over 30 square miles, 30 golf courses, and over 3000 clubs, trap, skeet, archery, pistol, anycard game you can name , drone, model boat, wood working , any sport you can think of , polo ? Yep . sister went to line dancing in the morning, then golf , happy hour at 4:30 at the neighbors with 14 others , then dinner . It’s non stop . Oh and it was sunny all day .

Stocks, bonds, land ( and rent from said land ) real estate, cash, and even some gold , along with tangible goods . I’m sitting in butter !

More power to them if they can get it .

My brother in law here in Fla, bought a new car, the Fla. dealer “sold “ his trade in before the paperwork was finalized on the new one .

There are no golf carts to be bought down here in the Villages .

We’re in South Carolina near Georgia, stopped early 2:30 , had 400 miles in by then ( it’s nice to go 75-80 ) should be at my sisters in The Villages 2:30 tomorrow. West Virginia is a beautiful state to drive through , once we hit 95 in South Carolina,that road really blows , only two lanes , crowded and most of it looked like the Germans bombed it , God only knows why people take it from penn down . Walterboro is an ok town ,we hiked some areas then got a early a very good and cheap dinner at a local joint where everyone knew each other , fun times ! Was sick,last night up,from 4 AM, stomach,and back was crazy in pain , Walked the hotel grounds for an hour , tried stretching and sleeping on the floor , puked ,finally took a muscle relaxer from my go bag ,which has everything I may need for almost anything ,that helped ,by 8 AM I was ready to hit the road , didn’t eat till tonight. A few days at The Villages then Cocoa Beach from a month, anyone know where Jeannie lives ?
