I have found just not going out on really cold days is best way to avoid problems with breathing and lungs. I have COPD and lung cancer and to me any discomfort is not worth it. But the mask is good idea or even a scarf wrapped around your mouth and nose can offer some help. And make sure you bring your inhaler, that makes a difference.
I went for routine CT Scan yesterday of my lungs, and I received e-mail from my Oncologist today. He told me the CT Scan was stable and no sign of cancer return. Its been almost a year since they took the lung lobe out, and I'm holding my own!! That's news to be thankful to hear!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
I am so ready!! Couldn't get out last year cause of illness, but I am so pumped!! Got the .270 sighted, gear all set, headed to southern tier early a.m. Sat morning. Good luck everyone, be safe, and bag a big one!!
I have a modified archery permit, and I purchased a Draw-loc to use on my bow so I can go out during archery season. I find it to be very awkward and cumbersome to use, and it was expensive. I hope they can come to some agreement and make it available to the handicap or elderly at least. It would be a lot easier for the truly disabled or elderly to get out during archery season. The draw-loc just does not feel right.
Once a dirtbag, always a dirtbag. Once a scumbag, always a scumbag. Where are getting their F%#@%$d up morals from? Losers, that's all they are. And if the one who stole my 4 trailcams last week in Sanborn, N.Y. your everything I just mentioned. Hope you find the thieves who got to your stands.
