I was shooting out of a treestand that made me realize it's not for archery. For the fun of it I put the 3d target at 70 yards ,ended up losing an arrow . Gotta get that ladder stand switched out for a portable so I have some leg room to stand and shoot.

Absolutely ,they know a strange scent right away ,if they consider that new scent an alarm then it's gonesville for them.

I use pure castile soap ,unscented . We've had big jugs of it in our house since the kid was born ,i do my clothes and body with it . Basically just unscented all natural hemp oil soap is what it is.

I started mine late after someone gave me a couple plants , i have a little guy growing already and i have a couple banana peppers growing too.

The bushnell that i have on my 30-06 has the 600 DOA reticle , while doing some research ,i read the scope was calibrated using bullet trajectory for a 30-06 . I can confirm it works perfectly out to 300 yards .

Are you suggesting that's not an automotive tool?

I have a feeling it's a job by job type of situation. My parents recently bought a new one and the service is so horrible they had to go around the dealer and deal directly with Jayco . My dad has always done his own repairs and could do these ones as well but is afraid to do anything and risk the warranty , he had to explain to the service tech how to bypass the furnace so the AC would still work while the service guy took the furnace in to replace a circuit board. They had a motor home, then the 5th wheel and now this one ,there was never a problem that they encountered where he couldn' look at it and figure out a plan and execute , basically nothing was ever a major problem.

I just heard one statistic ,4 rats for every person in NYC . There's a really good documentary on netflix about rats.

What did you think of the fold outs? I really want a hybrid for the shorter travel size but the wife is nervous about dealing with the fold outs if she goes camping with some of her cousins and kids and leaves me home.

Looks great . Im curious where you hunt ,one of the spots i hunt has wide racks like that . I got one here that looks really close.

Just a heads up while a group is gathered , check your homeowners policy to make sure you are covered if it gets stolen from your house . I had a dirtbike stolen from me when i was a kid and homeowners didn't cover it . I can't remember the wording but it cleared the insurance company from covering it .

My dad carries a backpack that folds into a comfy chair , I'm positive he has caught some serious sleep in that thing over the last few years.

3rd week of August, we'll get some good storms and drive the first wave of salmon up the lower river , I hope.
