    When I first started hunting ,my dad and I tracked a 6 pointer he shot ,it got dark out and started raining, that's when I learned the toilet paper trick for tracking a deer . Good times I'll never forget.

    I wish I could find a spot to hunt in pendleton, I couldn't imagine living 5 minutes from a hunting spot .

    I had a guy I bought a bow from do the same thing ,his communication was poor .

    Only corn? I like to layout a whole buffet for them . But seriously ,like already mentioned,they are the easiest to figure and get over right now.

    I could use a dedicated game freezer myself . The freezer upstairs is full of frozen baby food and the freezer downstairs is full of frozen breast milk . It even makes it hard to shop for food for the week when the freezer is always filled.

    For years we had the sneak around mentality that we used other locations , we can walk up the hill and have a conversation and see more deer then if we sneak around quietly, actually sneaking around we see more tails up running away then just walking and talking.

    For us it really doesn't matter if we go in the woods or not ,my buddy will be out there getting his firewood for the winter and driving his tractor and wagon up and down the hill. It's the ideal situation where you would probably see more deer on a tractor or running a chainsaw then you would if you were sneaking around.

    The good thing is the leaves are still on the trees ,even if it rains ,we still get a slight umbrella.

    The thing about it being for a single arrow is that they gave a price of something like 125 dollars for the original cost and the sale cost of 11 or what ever.

    Anyone else get the phone call from Walmart saying these arrows don't come in a 12 pack ? I did and they said they were sold out and my order will be cancelled.

    We're on congdon trail . I saw a bear on my way in,a few hundred yards before the dump ,I quick stopped the car and went back but he was already gone.

    20,30,and 40 . I use colored duct tape around the tree that matches the color of the pin that corresponds to that yardage.

    My wife and I and the baby are in Alleghany for the weekend with our parents and siblings for my wife's birthday , we had tacos.

    My wife was friends with the girl across the street from us and she let her cats out all the time . My wife was telling me she made a post on Facebook addressing the awful person who spray painted her cat . I know im not the only one who was sick of them.
