  2. Hey guys were selling our mobile home on Canandaigua lake. We share 600ft of lake front on the east side. Mobile home is 2 bd 1 bath. Trailer is only $7000. You just have to pay rent. We have to much going on with my sons sports to enjoy it enough. Let me know if your interested.
  3. Yeah right around the corner from me crazy
  4. Son found the first one for us, saw two nice bucks with both sides.
  5. Well I setup this am on a hill overlooking a valley with a gully and stream that flow down from the hill thru the valley. 30 seconds into calling I see something coming, finally locate it thru scope and it's a large Fisher, that was my only action.
  6. How far down wind will they go? Will they get well with in 100yrds?
  7. Yeah let me know, I think its probably kinda hard for him with us up there just about every weekend, I think it also maybe hard since were all woods. They sure were barking this am. I'm gonna give it another go in the am.
  8. Not sure I sent him text this am wondering if he had any luck up on the hill but didn't hear back. I don't think he has any sets on our side just the north side and below us.
  9. Thanks PD, I was hunting out of our little shack back in the woods to help hide my sent. I'm gonna give it a go in the am in a different spot and exposed to the wind so ill keep focused on it. Once I get them going do I keep barking back or shut up and wait?
  10. Fist let me say I'm brand new at this. I took my new FoxPro out for test this am. I started with the rabbit distress call first. Didnt hear or see anything after a few minutes so I switched to some coyote calls and the woods lit up with responses. I stopped and listened to them barking for a minute then hit mine again and they went quiet. I then did the rabbit again and more yote calls and a few more sounded back but I never saw them. So I get a response from them then what should I do?
  11. Well wife and I made some chili last night for lunch today. We got a bunch of wood out again today, a few more piles are gone. I keep thinking about the johnny cash song I got it one piece at a time while I'm throwing wood.
  12. Someone better fire up a 2017 thread
  13. Merlot, they do look pretty slick. I thing phade gave it a decent review a couple yrs back. Really depends on what seed your planting. Most seed now you can just about toss around and it will grow fairly well. I've mentioned in recent threads I use a simple york rake to scratch the surface and I'm good to go. Check out growing deer t.v., there is tons of good info there too. Grant doesn't believe in turning soil at all.
  14. Who f-ing care, the guy wants to know about equip, not your guys bs.
  15. Flu ran thru our house so I'm just getting back to normal. We just use our atv with a small wagon on the back. Heading back up Sunday to move somemore.
  16. Ok, don't over think or over spend on this. That blend of seed just needs to be broadcasted on a good seed bed. You can really just weed kill the area wait a week or two and spread the seed before a rain. You don't need big tractors or expensive discs. I did this on a acre piece in my back yard. It was overgrown field. Full of goldenrod, dogwood and wild grape. I mowed it down with my garden tractor, weed killed and york take and I was in business.
  17. Well I took about 10 - 15 loads of firewood out of the plot today. Sadly that all came from one pile and I have about 20 left. SOB this has been a job but once done it ill all be worth it!
  18. Check cabelas I grabbed a FoxPro for 99 on thanksgiving. I'm gonna give it a go as well.
  19. Yikes I almost read it as bed bugs.
  20. Unless your planting beans or corn don't worry about a disc. Use a York rake to scratch the surface. I even took a telephone pole and cut it down to about 3 or 4 foot. I screwed in a bunch of bolts half way and rebar so it was full of spikes if u will and tied to atv hitch
