good read. It honestly just comes down to pride. And when you reach you mid 30's, shit like this matters more for some reason. I paid a good chunk of money for my house and I'm reminded about that every month. Unlike many, I don't do it to impress my neighbors or my guests, but I take pride in my stuff because I'm proud of it and worked hard for it. Probably the same reason I spent 4 hours machine polishing and detailing my wifes explorer. It's not a sports car, but I like to take care of my stuff. idk...

I never said they were new. Just that those who have used them have never been called archers. What that has to do with what my bow and arrows are made of is irrelevant. I had just bought my g8 and it was the spring of 2010. I was a younger man, but still old enough to know better. A bunch of teens pull up in a late 90's monte carlo and start shouting at me that they will roast me. I had previously had a gtp of the same wbody drivetrain and knew this was utter bs and yet the immature kid still left in me felt i needed to prove it. well, lets just say a 97 in a 45 on transit isn't a fun court appearance. they give you a special court for that. I'm a smarter man now, but yeah it's hard not to use those 400+horses sometimes.

as a yankees fan i usually pick up a bunch of them for my fantasy team. These are the players I have or have had rostered this year sevirino. just dropped after being on the dl all year stanton. useless and my #3 pick sanchez. solid early on and now hurt voit. added after Gallo's first injury and now looks like he will miss time. so frustrating with these guys

that's a good point and a good way of looking at fenced hunts. They're not really any different than getting groceries, and shouldn't be treated the same as hunting.

yeah I was taught that it's good to "mess with them" as puppies. We had Riley well before we had kids, but knew that was probably in the future so we'd pull on his tail when eating and gently mess with him here and there while he was eating aka inhaling his food. And the kids who are now 7, 4 and 2 are great with him but have certainly messed with him and I'm glad we prepped for it haha. the only obvious complaint... the hair. oh god the hair.

and can also give a false sense of reality outside of them. out of curiosity, what was the driver to book a fenced whitetail hunt? Pig I understand. just generally curious.

my golden is that dog. wont chase a dog, kid or deer out of the yard. wont touch a sandwich left on the coffee table. wouldn't hurt a fly but gets a little aggressive with me when i'm play wrestling with the mrs. and i love that about him. we never took him to any training classes, but just raised him right. However, there's no doubt in my mind that he's just a special dog.

lol man, I have a golden I dont argue their abilities to eat. My 14 year old is pretty good though. He learned early on that my sandwich is my sandwich haha.
