I have not seen any but I haven't been in the best grouse areas either. I am saving this one chunk for after deer season, last year we kicked out alot on a deer hunt. I will answer for him, yes it is a Britt.

Every year we talk about getting one of them carts and I always forget until we are dragging one out..haha and we are non-atv users aswell.

The key is to go for the jugular, this cause's a rapid bleed out death. Its not a story I care to share on a public forum.

I have to agree with just about all of this, just look at how many threads there are of guys needing to know what it would score and if the rest of us would take him. Why does any of that matter? This on the other hand sounds like a load of Bull....full of assumpstions and even some fuzzy math.

I have been out a couple of times and found not a bird, I think they are done stocking for the year perhaps or maybe its cause they get hammered constantly and there aint none left. I am going to switch to Grouse and maybe a preserve so I can work my other pup in a controled envrironment after deer season. Both times out I found more deer sign than bird sign, Gus found a doe that was bedded down that waited for us to get real close before she jumped up and ran. That was funny to see my pointer pointing a deer..haha he was pretty confused.

A buck of that size would look like swiss cheese if it were me too, I would not stop putting lead into it until it stopped moving. That is a true giant!

I would have laughed at him as I hung up on him. I gave up hunting with the inlaws before things got bad between us, the FIL did ask for my wifes tags one year and I laughed histerically at him and told him how those were her tags not any one elses and so on. This was the same year he shot a buck and never tracked it because he thought he missed and found it much later on. Mean while he killed two more bucks and just kept on hunting like he still had a tag, no doe tags in the NZ so I really don't know what the hell he was doing. Some guys will take advantage of people and especially their own families, all to get a deer.

Got about 5 inches at the house in 5R, nothing here in Albany though.

Hey dave, have you been hunting in the last month? No thats right you haven't, you aint even in the car heading to that mountain yet. Would it upset you to know that I throw my antlers to my dogs to use as chew toys? I have so far seen a few examples of fellas here that talk a good game but in reality they either don't leave the house to hunt or shoot the same kind of deer as every one else.

I agree, anti's or hoodlum's. Stupid ones at that, I mean who mess's with a bunch of guys that have guns with them hiding in the woods?

Thats why when your kids get a little older you will be staying home on Thanksgiving and other holidays..its just easier and there is more leftovers that way. lol Beleive me I can relate to family bs, well my inlaws anyhow.

No but we seem to have the simular mass, width and tine length show up quite a bit. We hunt just south and west of town.

What part of 4F if you don't mind my asking, not looking for specifics just area. The rack looks like some of the ones we have seen and taken in the Richmondville area. And congrats to your lucky bucket uncle!
