  2. Where did you find that video of me? I was pumped up is all.
  3. Damit, thats where that glove went! I knew I dropped it somewhere..
  4. I own a pair simular to those, thats a hell of a price for a new person that might need a pair! Great bino's if they are like mine. I just ordered a pair, thanks for finding that deal.
  5. I keep tooth picks in a night stand to keep my eyes propped open. Of course you all know I would never say anything side ways to deserve her threats. :
  6. Steve, I bet she would make an excellent deer killer, she could just gas them to death. Can I meet her when I come down to hunt the Island? I am married man but some times you need a back up plan. haha and Culver, that is terrible! lol My wife threatens me with pinching off the hose frequently, I try to be nice to her.
  7. LOL what a compliment steve, other than being a gross pig she is real nice, hahahahaha I bet when she cuts one the neighbors hear it too.
  8. Man Toruk that schedule will be real nice once you get into bow hunting.
  9. Well thats good to know when you won't be there, I'll try not to leave too many gut piles for you to find.
  10. I would be happy for any hunter that was fortunate enough to tag that thing, greed has no place in hunting my friend. (That goes for your club partner miz)
  11. Too late! haha The dangers and affects of sleep apnea are no joke man, heart problems, severe reflux (I have that one), and the list goes on and on. My wife is going to laugh when I tell her about this thread. I bet camps every where are happy with the invention of the CPAP machine! lol
  12. Do you breeth through your stomache? lol No they dont pump you full of air like a ballon but I'm sure some dude has used that as an excusse. Those gimmicks like the strips and the other stuff don't work if you have sleep apnea. (My wife does this stuff for a living)
  13. I have a stack of CPAP's I can sell him one..lol shhh my wife gets them free at her job for me to try from the sales rep's..haha Love my CPAP!
  14. haha I bet the rest of the guys appreciate the CPAP machines over the snoring.
  15. and Burt, so the camp isn't empty Steve863 and I will go hunt it for you. lol jk I have 5 vacation days left to use this year, my boss was already asking me and another guy to figure out who is going to be off where so she can cover for us. haha
  16. I think that the advertising media is partly to blame for this high price of equipment. Some guys HAVE to HAVE what they see on tv and in magazines because they beleive it will help them get that big buck. Its basically rammed down their throats every where they turn to the point where it is beleived to be true. A prime example of that is Matthews Bows, sure they are a nice bow but if you go to the shop and pick up the catalog its as thick as a good book and has lots of pictures of hunters posing in front of thier trophys as proof of their effectiveness. And just what is the difference between a $1000 bow and $300 bow or an old bow? answer...not much, maybe a few tenths of a second faster at 20 yards, no lighter and possibly a better warranty? Its the same no matter the product too, we pay for marketing and not much more, guys just buy into it is all. I would like to thank those guys for keeping the economy going by the way.
  17. They also put in massive amounts of plots and feed the deer all year outside of deer season, thats alot different than NY for sure. More like farming than anything else.
  18. One of the rules for my yard campsite is you have to pick up after my dogs and your own..lol. We have never been to that one but it is a nice one, just dont let em stick you out by the road as its a busy stretch and I can see it being noisy. Plenty to do up here to kill time thats for sure, hell, you wanna mow my lawn I'll let you! haha Have fun!
  19. Elmer I'll offer you a discounted rate to stay in my yard just about 20 minutes from Lake George, lets say $60 a night? haha That place is a bit pricey isn't it? We want to squeeze in one more trip this year before school starts back up, some place close to home.
  20. My wife came and the first time we had a doe come in to @7 yards while she was on the ground and I was up the tree, she was a little scared of it and then I shot it. ;D
  21. It will be nice for us when the kids are bit older and come along, then we can all go much much more. To me, hunting means family time.
  22. Its a double edged sword guys, I get to go more cause she comes along, but, she gets the best watch every time!
