  1. Recipe or restaurant please....ooooo lala Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. That meateater podcast on cwd was the best. It also is a great reminder of what a mockery out DEC is toward big game management, understanding and cutting edge efforts. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. Nothing made me laugh more in that NYODN news article than how NY is using advanced tactics. Wtf. Our deer biologist is about as advanced as a square tire. Some states have been battling this for years. Some biologist devote their life to it and still tout they don't know enough. King Jeremy is now saying we will, stop it by banning liquids urine. The montana mule deer herd that has the highest transmission rate has nothing to do with urine. Blithering idiot to which the sheep all follow. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. There are some that argue wetter is as bad as drough for the plants grow rapidly and their cellular make up and lignen is water laden so it's like one boullion cube in a 5 gallon pail regarding nutrients. Then again if the rain raises all of the 1&2 yos killed in years past like zombies so they wander around as 3&4yos...bigger antlers are a for sure age is where the issue is in our great state. Look no further. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. And their concern for us eating all that lead from bullets is up there too..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. So what if the unbelievably rare "giant" 4, 5, 6, or 7 didn't get shot? Think that monster tom without a beard is changing genetics more then Mendel? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I'm sorry to hear you don't travel much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Translated- I'm guessing many of the fine contributors to this thread are not in the know of what other areas may offer and that is why they're posting the positive sentiments they are. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

For the most part I could agree with this. Not sure on the "right" part.... because I can't grow certain plans (honeysuckle or even hemp) or raise bears and piranhas, right? But to NY- money is money. Where we totally agree is what they (DEC or most biologists) know or don't know. They just throw strategies at the wall and hope the miracle solution sticks to no real avail at this point. There are a few that claimed supplemental feeding can provide medicinal exposure that's the cure rather than the crux but we can do that either. My guess Jeremy will opt to have more Dmps until the threat is alleviated. [emoji6][emoji41][emoji853] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Have to laugh at a few comments here wondering if all the contributors have left the state, let alone country, for any ground/reference to contribute Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Interesting point(s). I've noticed the podcasts are using the same guest in the same time frame like an agenda or the uncanny product ad amidst a review article for the product. Think they're just using the same provision or are you rather sure they're selling us something? The DEC being bent on cwd (and lead ammo for that matter) is mind boggling to me. They're obviously spending time and money on this too. Is it truly an issue here now? Doesn't appear to be. If one were to say their efforts are for prevention; what insight and ability do they have their? None. I see it as hot air from Hurst and Co. Why we have high fence deer farms is beyond me. 12. I stay here for the low taxes and antler restrictions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I do it solely so I can complain the DEC gets quality information and disbands it. Ha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Lw and cams sold! Lots of interest but they're suffering from alligator arms Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I have a ton of turkey hunting books, calling DVDs and some nice pot calls... few other things as well. I need to sell these to pay for the counselor needed to get over the last few comments. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Haha. Good guesses but not it- Ive already had a divorce sale and my wife doesn't care about what I have or don't.... just need to whittle the collection down and pay for some out of state ventures. Sadly, there is likely another wave after this one. Used to have nothing, slowly accrued too much and don't use it or don't have the free time to use it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  19. Nope- they get 8 and claim they can get more when they're filled. Alden/Lancaster area. They used to have a biologist or tech come out and see the damage .. now it's a phone and they'll show if they have time kind of deal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Killing does controls the population .... not the first deer, such as the little buck excuse makers tend to use as their "meat hunting " fall back Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. Forecast for hunting deer in NY- "over pressured and aggravating with a 90% likelihood of discontent".... "now back to sports" Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  22. I would say based on most of personal experience with knowing farmers or hunters related to "Nuisance permits", the fudge factor is about 50%. There is a farmer here in Wyoming co that uses a 50bmg and know of a few in eastern Erie co that have had velvet deer mounted or were cited for taking one (and yes that group still gets permits and they used to plant 5-6ac of corn just to get them). 24. I just caved to playing w trad on the side. Got a 45lb Martin from a friend and a 55lb dorado. Not horrible from a performance standpoint a few weeks in. Then again I shoot my compounds basically year round. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
