stupid money for barrels. that said many can't shoot a backup gun that well. a lot to be said for having the same feel and trigger in a backup gun.

they're really smart. more you can trip their senses coming in to what they're thinking the better. i put it off to each side within bow range. they'll come in however and if they try to cut your wind they'll smell it before you, which makes them close in more distance to maybe offer a shot. -
let it soak in simmer not boil equal parts oxiclean, odoban, and water solution to soften it all up. pull it off as you can and use pliers or moderately strong pressure washer every 15 minutes or so. less time simmering the better. might take a few rounds of peroxide to whiten the skull though. it'll be stained a bit from leaving all that on there.

Used to do it that way. I now use a dehydrator and gun. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

just over a month ago i bought us a new house that's over triple the size of the small one we were in, which was our first. she's into particular style of Rae Dunn dishes and what not. got her some of that and a few odds and ends stuff that's harder to find for the house.

half that way they get you through the month better right? lol

Muzzleloader stayed in the safe. Took the bow out. Many target bucks have fallen or were picked back up on cam at other properties too far away to think they'll be around. Logging still going on and I think has driven them out a bit. Saturday was pretty slow. Multiple deer that basically bedded down out of range. The hot buck spot seemed to be getting cold. Top it off with loggers coming in to skid out some logs not far from me to stay ahead of the rain. I relocated to a spot in the opposite direction to intercept some doe groups that typically come through. Sat just inside a field edge. Group of doe came through but it was getting dark enough with cloud cover it was hard to tell if any where buttons so they got a pass. Sunday woke up to pouring rain that lasted well through the day, but intermittent later on. Used the day to do co-op duties swinging by our unmanned QDM checkstation to age jawbones, collect harvest forms, and make sure everything was good to go for any last minute hunters checking deer in. then ran errands to gather supplies for euro mounts.- 10374 replies

Dadding hard this morning. Running tight on schedule taking my 4 yr old daughter to pre-school. Heated up yesterday leftovers from breakfast in a rubbermaid container to bring with us. It was part of a cheese and bacon ends omelet. special circumstance had to put the car seat back in the truck. so my daughter ate that while dealing with her seat. part way she was done so i finished the rest of the now cold leftover breakfast. after dropping her off i stopped at a bakery and got donuts for the office. obviously i had one. hot meals are for the weekends i guess. lol

the most butterfaced rifle you'll ever meet. as long as you stay behind it the view is awesome and you have no regrets. it's a two state rifle easier to obtain than a weatherby. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KdvP1ifLnI

no good. i'm only in if samantha morgan whispers the yardage into your ear just prior to the shot. you can't be guessing. you gotta know!

so i've skimmed through this and think i'm up to speed. phade is paying for a reach around by Biz for some sheep and Wolc is going to still forego using a scale, instead measure it's girth. ... real question is when did Biz because become sponsored by Savage Arms and bale on Weatherby? I mean i heard they had a sweet deal that paid for his pool costs each summer.

auction for a Governor's tag makes the final price unknown. don't set a cap just yet.

i have a room. it's full. my only defense is a small portion of it is for her.

Shooting deer from vehicle results in $1,712 penalty
dbHunterNY replied to greg54's topic in General Chit Chat
that judge accepted a pleaded down deal. it's written in the current law that shooting a deer out of season can include jail time with the fine. the maximum for shooting a deer out of season alone in this one instance could've been $3,000 and 1 year in jail. if someone sees a certain judge for the township we live in may God have mercy on their soul because he won't. He's a part of our QDM co-op. hahaha oh would they feel the butt hurt. -
if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

we use oil on the farm and for our houses. had apartments but no longer. kept account but added friends and family to keep volume. we get oil at a locked in rate over port cost. works like a co-op and nobody can touch the price.

another thing is the 330 gal tank will be enough vaporization rate to feed the generator but boiler and generator i'm not sure, i'd think it would be. boiler doesn't have the draw a gen set does.
-
around here if you own your own tank they will still fill it without replacing regulators and what not. they'll do a casual inspection and will likely tag it if fine. a lot of people around here own their own tanks and price out propane for each fill.
-
that's a loaded question. i don't size gas lines but co-workers do. never know if you'll need to drive over it for some reason. 18" is plenty deep but sometimes with rain and in spring ground is soft. also it's possible the generator that big will require a different regulator for higher pressure (about 11" WC) than the rest which might be slightly lower. that size gen set needs about 160k BTU/hr for flow. your house is around 90k BTU for boiler sizing. Assuming you keep the tank about 40 or so feet away a 3/4" line would be enough to feed everything probably if all can be on the same pressure as the gen set. 1" would be overkill unless you started to get close to double the distance. get someone like your supplier to size it for you. i just do electrical in our office.

jury's still out. but if you roll into the office with them you've come full circle.

actually i'm only a redneck in the summer when i venture back to my parent's house/farm to bale hay, fix barns, fix equipment, or mow around the antique reeping equipment and 25' flag pole in the front yard. otherwise i'm quite pale from working mostly in the Albany office.
