I have trapped skunks in the hav-a-heart traps before, covered with a towel, PLACED IN MY EQUINOX; drove to some woods, and released them without even a sniff of skunk...trap is too small for them to raise their tails and spray. Here’s a quick pic of my buddy’s pumpkin patch we planted this year. At first we thought/partially hoped it was deer wrecking the joint. Turns out he tried a new seed that was not as resistant to POWDERY MILDEW (so I agree with G-man ). Other varieties of pumpkin planted in the same field do not look like this.
