My wife and her parents make home made raviolis the weekend before Christmas. Top 'em off with some home made tomato sauce.... absolutely delicious!! That's the main attraction around the dinner table on Christmas Eve!

Why switch? Any experience with the 245gr Powerbelts? I used them before and wished I never had! They shot and grouped great, but left NO blood trail, even with perfectly placed broadside shots! If it wouldn't have been for snow, so I could follow their tracks, I never would have found the deer or known I had hit them!! Sent from my VS980 4G

Sorry WNY, they sold out yesterday morning! They only had 3 left. Gfdeputy2 got one, I got one, and someone else snatched the other! LOL Was a great deal! $250 for the crossbow and $20 to ship to me, so $270 TMD! NO tax either!! I was gonna call them today anyway to get a tracking #, so I'll ask if they can get anymore for that price.

I considered Carbon Express Covert SLS before buying my TenPoint. Do some searching and read reviews on it. Tons out there! It's suppose to be an excellent crossbow and super accurate. I read that customer service is great also. Everywhere I looked, the cheapest I could find it for was $550 online. If it's brand new, it's a steal for $250! Personally, I would jump on that deal! PM me the name and # of the shop. I might buy one myself! LOL

I had an iphone 5, but wasn't happy with it. Screen was too small! Traded it in for an LG G2. Huge screen! No complaints, other than battery life. Usually have <30% battery life after 18hrs. My son has a Samsung and loves it! Battery lasts longer that my LG. If I could do it over again, I would have gotten the Samsung.

I drove by there late morning on opening day and saw 9 vehicles parked along Rt. 104. Didn't notice any deer in or around vehicles. I've never hunted it before, so I don't know what the hunting is like there.

Shot this buck earlier this week with a .300 Win Mag, using 180 grain bullet. This was the exit hole. Entrance was maybe 2-3" in front of where the exit is. Didn't lose even a fork full of meat! Wish I would have taken pics after he was skinned.

I'm with Wooly! I'm out there for fun and relaxation, not to have a heart attack trudging through several feet of deep snow or trying to drag a deer in it! There are plenty of other good weather days to hunt! Plus, I have all the meat I need right now.
