I can't agree more with this......I think those people showed great restraint. I would be thinking, ok, how am I going to take out 100plus people. I would have been crapping my pants.....I can't say what I would have done. I would have been scared, I would have been armed, after that, I'm not sure any of us know what we would have done.

To me you are comparing apples and oranges. Do two kids on bicycles pose a threat to you and your family? Is there a difference between two kids on bikes and a mob of 100+ protesters that have already proven themselves to be deadly in other area's of the city?

To me, the whole point you are missing is that a mob of people went through a gate marked with no trespassing signs. Whether the trespass sign was there or not doesn't matter. Whether the gate was broken or not doesn't matter. It is no different than a mob of people getting through a fence and into your back yard. They were not on public property, the Mccluskys have seen what these mobs had done to their city, the cops and too law abiding citizens. I applaud them for not letting it happen to them.....

I don't have an issue with that. They aren't police officers or ex military. They were scared and doing the best they could. I give them a lot of credit. Especially the wife, my wife would have been in a heap, crying on the floor....

I don't understand how i am misrepresenting what you are saying. They live in a gated community. It is private, just like your back yard whether they are in the street or on the sidewalk. They are trespassing just like they would be if they were in your front yard. Maybe I just find the McCloskeys more credible than anyone from Black Lives Matter....I don't see anything unjustified in what they did.... I went from a cheap Barnett to a Scorpyd that I have a ridiculous amount of money in.....I wouldn't recommend a cheap Barnett. I put the Nikon Bolt scope on it as well which helped but it still felt like a cheap piece of crap to me.....Those are the only two crossbows I have any experience with. I was looking at Ten Points Wicked Ridge line before I dove off the deep end. I think that is what I would go with although there are tons of people that are very happy with the Center Points.....

So with all that is happening in the world today, And I am going to apply this to everyday Americans instead of a rich gated community. If a mob of people opened the gate (whether locked or unlocked, signed with no trespassing or not) to your fenced in back yard, milled around yelling and swearing at you. You wouldn't feel like your life was endangered? That is basically what you are saying....You have called the police and nobody responds? What do you do? Wait for them to enter your home? Maybe set it on fire with you inside? I hope I never have to find out.....especially when someone with your way of thinking might be on the jury....
