  1. There hasn't been a good TCM since the first one. I have not seen the latest incarnation, and to be honest I don't want to. They ruined that franchise. I agree with the income part, but I do not agree with movie companies not giving them the movies. Both of the drive-ins near me get new movies all Summer long. All current movies and in theaters at that time. Must be a WNY issue why you don't.

  3. Took this just now before movie starts. Don't want a piracy issue. LOL Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
  4. We have two near us. One is 5 minutes north, the other has 4 screens and 15 minutes south. Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
  5. Reviews are mixed on both. She'd never heard of Slender Man, I am OK waiting for it to hit Hulu or Shudder. Only horror flick I'm interested in seeing on a big screen is the remake of Suspiria. Big time Argento fan here, and the remake looks like it will be one of the few that are good. Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
  6. Wife wanted to see The Meg, late movie is Slender Man. I have no interest in either, but struck a deal. We can see The Meg if I don't have to sit through the second movie. Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
  7. Folding camp saw, branch trimmer, and maybe a decent machete. But #1 is a good first aid kit in the pack. Even being super careful accidents can happen, especially while swinging a machete. As for how much to trim, I would go as little as possible, some of those thicker areas may be hiding places or bedding areas for deer. Sometimes, best left alone in my humble opinion.
  8. Nice. Have a great trip and enjoy. Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
  9. Had the fryer going so cooked up a bunch. Fried chicken legs, spicy chicken bites, and tonight's actual dinner is sesame-garlic chicken, fried egg rolls and stir fry with rice noodles. Making fish and shrimp tacos tomorrow so I wanted to get one last use of the oil before I drop seafood in it and then toss the oil. Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
  10. Steak and squash. A little late in grilling, my scouting expedition for the afternoon ran a little long. Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
  11. Ah, now I get it. I appreciate it, but I'm good.
  12. Did you look at some of your posts? You made quotes with no reason why you made the quotes. Explain that. Have a look back. You altered my post. If you look back, storm quoted a bunch of posts and never stated why he made the quotes, just blank posts with a quote. But, yes I get your point. LOL, and I did get a good laugh out of it. I am not a huge Bond fan, but I have seen movies from almost all the actors who played the part. Roger Moore IS James Bond! Connery was OK, Brosnan stunk, and Craig gets the job done. The rest seem like fill-ins to keep a franchise going. Like I said, I am not a big fan, I have not seen every movie, so this is just my opinion.
  13. Not sure I get this. You would have given me a cam, or you would have given me the cam for $49.95 plus tax and shipping? LOL
  14. Well, this is what I just ordered. Only 1. I know some have said these cams are crap, but I did what best fit my wallet and purpose. https://www.sears.com/stealth-cam-stealth-cam-px18cmo-8mp-game-trail/p-SPM8822697702?plpSellerId=VMInnovationscom&prdNo=34&blockNo=34&blockType=G34
  15. Is it just me, or do the last 4 posts from the OP make no sense? Quotes with no response of three of them. The last one takes the cake.
  16. I say shoot as many bows as possible, and make your decision based on what felt right and shot the best for you. Not price or brand. My Prism shoots fine, it's light, short ATA, has a good back-wall, draws smooth, and even after three years, no string stretch yet. It's a middle of the road bow, but I am happy with it. No 'blood on it yet'. As for accuracy, not being a high end bow, and I don't shoot leagues, as long as I do my part it's pretty damn accurate as can be seen by the posts in some threads.
  17. Very sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family.
  18. I want to apologize for coming off gruff. You had reason to be nervous and ready, and I never meant to make light of that. I hope you understand. I am just getting to the point where I don't like to broadcast to the entire world what firearms I have in my home anymore or how I would deal with a situation. Also here's a tip, don't think every alert that comes from Face Book is real. About a month ago there was a FB post that had a ton of people getting caught up in a lie, 'The Dead Bear On 9W'. They couldn't even agree on where the bear was killed by a motorist, one said Glenmont, one said Selkirk, one said Ravena, one even said 1 mile from my house. It was total BS. Again I do apologize for being gruff, but I stand by that some things are none of anyone's business.
  19. I'm not telling anyone what I would use to defend my home or loved ones on a social media site.
  20. Well, my post was intended to inform people you can get 100% wool, light weight clothing, but it's not cheap. I bet people could still hunt with the old plaid wool jackets and pants in red or green, some were lined, you would still kill deer. So If I strayed from the original post I apologize.
  21. You can get lightweight wool clothing. It's not cheap, but remember, 100% wool will keep you warm even if it gets wet.
  22. So the wife informs me while we're eating dinner, she will most likely only hunt 1 or 2 days. I think I may go low end, and see what happens.
  23. If that happens you can all have a huge party, I will be dead and no longer post on this forum. LOL!
