Manning is a sure, Hall of Fame QB. If he can somehow win this game, he can hold his head high and call it a career. Win or lose I think this will be his last game. If he were playing anyone other than the Panthers, I'd be pulling for him to go out a winner.
-
And the Panthers are in it! Been a fan since their beginning in the league. Not a big Cam fan as I don't really care for all the over the top showboating. But I do respect his athletic abilities. As a team, they are playing at the highest level. The Bronco's have a great defense, but I don't know if Manning can do enough on offense at this stage of his career. We will see. No matter who wins, during the game, I'll be drinking a couple beers, eating pizza and wings with family and friends, so I'll be a happy grampy!

Panthers going to the Super Bowl!!! How sweet it is!!!

My buddy bought his daughter a 220 a while back. I have shot it a couple times and I'm very impressed with it's accuracy. I also have bad shoulders and found the recoil to be much less than my 12ga. Deerslayer 2. And very manageable.

C'mon Panthers!!!

I've used Rockies for many, many years with good results. Just started breaking in a new pair of 1200 gr. yesterday, on a hunt with my grandson.

Just a couple of flakes here......if you include me and the Mrs.

One selling point could be, to offset the cost of your hunting tags, kill a few coyote's.
-
For me, yes. We also de-bone the tail and salt them. Some are used for a tail board with the weathered plank from the original homestead, from the property. And some, I'm using, to make smallmouth jigs for fishing. If you are wondering weather or not I eat them? NO WAY!

In light of the changes they made last year and the proposed changes for this year. I'm very surprised they have not made a proposal for full inclusion for crossbows. It does make sense to do so. Perhaps that is why it's not being proposed.

The first part was an attempt at humor. The second part is where I attempted to answer your question.

It's all a part of you making them ready to do their part in the world. Seems like it is always harder on the parents than the kids. You have done a great job to this point. Now is the time to encourage the good things they do. I'm sure she will blossom in to a beautiful ballerina and fine young lady too.

I'm for crossbow full inclusion too. It will get more hunters out in the field. And more hunters should kill more deer. Much better than having a muzzle loader in bow season. IMO

If elected, I would put venison in every pot and a firearm in every "Law Abiding" citizen's hand!

I, for one, know more about coyote's than Muslims. Not sure if it really makes a difference though.

Make a natural ground blind. Put in it, something that resembles an old stinky guy hunting. Works for me.

The number of coyote's in some areas are just out of control. Our area of 4-H is one of those areas. When you recover a deer after a three hour wait and it is half eaten, there are too many coyotes. When at night, on a 500 acre farm property, you can hear two or three, large groups of coyote's calling back and forth, there are too many coyotes. When you see only one out of three does with fawns in the summer fields, there are too many coyote's. I could go on an on with observations, made by a couple of older guy's that have hunted and lived on this property their entire lives. All the land owners in the area say the same thing, so it's not just us. This is not some study done by any number of agencies, but real life observation, by the people actually on the land. I remember, before the coyote's population exploded. And the difference in small game, turkey and deer numbers, then and now, is staggering. So, what needs to be done? In my humble opinion, a year round open season, or a bounty like PA. is proposing, would be a start. But I know, that alone, will not reduce the numbers, to make much difference. And really, I don't "hate" coyote's. They are part of the wild, that make the outdoors and nature so special. I just wish there were not so many of them.

Hope it all works out for you and your dad. Also hope that it will be all you have been looking for, in a hunting property. Best of luck!

Welcome back to New York! At some point, I may ask your advice, for an Ontario fishing trip. With a bass boat.

No more a raging idiot than the majority, on both sides of the isle. -
Why not just put your boots on the ground and see for yourself? You would get a more accurate idea of what the deer are doing.
