I went somewhere else last week and got in the next day. I tipped handsomely, 2X the price of the cut. I've been fortunate to be working all of this time. Those girls didn't work for almost 3 months.

Interestingly, some places don't seem to want to reopen. Cuomo gave the green light last week to mall stores that have entrances. The JC Penney in Arnot Mall in Horseheads still has signage on the doors from March and is locked and dark. I usually get my hair cut at a Cost Cutters. The two near me have no plans to open until the end of July! Are they trying to go out of business? We'll be at phase 3 by Friday, and full steam ahead is expected by the end of this month.

Changed out a bearing on the shoulder of the Lake Ontario State Parkway once about 30 years ago. Bought bearing buddies that same week and never had an issue again. However I also had to learn the hard way to not overfill them when I blew out the rear seals from over filling.

I voted for him in '16, and being that I vote for actions and not words, I'll probably vote for him again. Is there another alternative candidate that merits consideration? No way can I vote for Biden. So it's Trump or no vote (even though it means nothing in NYS). That said, over my 45 years working for others, I have had bosses that were very difficult to work for. I outlasted just about every one of them. I couldn't possibly imagine working for Trump. As a person, he redefines the meaning of the word A-hole.

Talk about hit or miss, in Thurston, just a few miles from Campbell we got 30 seconds of sprinkles. On the way home in Horseheads the x-way was down to 35 mph and the wipers couldn't go fast enough. I could use some rain, the lawn is starting to get brown.

Got home around 5:00 and saw this doe right off the back yard (top pic) Didn’t spook while I was walking on the gravel 35 yds away. Wife said she’s been hanging around all day except for occasional 15 minute disappearances. Undoubtedly staying near a newborn. About 6:15 we were watching her from the window, and saw her wobbly legged fawn get up from the brush just off our target range. Watched her clean and nurse on and off for a half hour by the 50 yd target. I had to leave work early today for an eye appointment. Ordinarily I would have gotten home later and missed it. Good timing! Such beautiful animals.

Just checked the DEC site and I am definitely wrong on the 5 round limit for hunting. It's six and like Pygmy says only on semi-autos. Talk about being under the wrong impression, I thought five was the limit for probably 30 years! Hopefully I'm right about the I-86 expressway speed limit being 80 mph.
