  1. I'm semi stuck in the house right now,so I set up a target for my pellet gun[scoped] for the last hour or more I've been trying to shoot with both eyes open. It's proving to be very difficult.I keep seeing two targets.I remember trying it a long time back with my bow but gave up. How many of you shoot with both eyes open and was it something you had to train your eyes to do? ? Is there anymore benefit over one eye closed?
  2. Add two drop tines and that's my dream buck.
  3. The trailmaster's look good.I like the idea of a removable sockliner for washing.
  4. Got a little stir crazy sitting in the house,so I headed out shedding found one old one. Then it started to rain. Snuck up on a few jakes. Got about twenty yards away before they saw me. I’m going to stalk up on ever animal I see for now on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I started finding worms in stripped bass a few years ago.I don't know if there eating cod or seal crap and getting them ether way it turned me off.
  6. Here you go https://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/9998.html I'm very close to the line and used a regular map and highliner
  7. My doctor laughed at me when I ask that question. He said there's no real way of knowing.Did your wife get the Two point discrimination test? The test gives the blockage percentage.Does she know how she got it? My biggest hurdle now is building muscle strength and wearing soft braces while working. I got it from 25 years of driving tractor/trailers and heavy equipment.
  8. Wonder if that's a baby eagle or a redtail in the first pic.
  9. No such luck. I waited to long and had 75% blockage in both wrists. If anyone thinks they have it don't wait get the test. The longer you wait the more muscle strength you'll lose.
  10. Well got my left hand done today. Great doctor and staff felt comfortable through the whole preceder. I’ve been home for three hours now and my thumb hasn’t gotten numb. Going to give it a few weeks and get the right hand done. Hopefully I’ll be good to go for turkey season. Total time in surgery was 22 minutes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks guys i'm going to try a few different fish this year. Most of my fishing is going to be up in the ADK area.
  12. This has been on my mind for a few months.I was reading in the fishing syllabus it's recommended not to eat more then two fish meals a month? It didn't give an amount for each meal.I can't remember the last time I eat freshwater fish.I think it was brook trout in Canada. There's a few fish i'd like to try but that "do not eat" kind of turns me off.I see a lot of you guys eat quit a few fish meals and some of the plates are piled high.Doesn't it bother anyone about the warning? or is it some kind of insurance policy for the state against law suits? Are some fish better to eat then others.I notice not to many guys bother with large/smallmouth bass?
  13. I wonder if there related to the restaurant in bayport on Long Island. Good pizza and perfect rice balls. https://www.furcispizza.com/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  20. I went through the same thing with imr4350. I was told on a few reloading forums every data book is different.I looked in my Hornaday, nosler & sierra books none of them had any data for the powder you mentioned.I had an old & new Hornaday book that where way off with the 4350.Lee seems to give out the higher numbers a well as nosler.

    Free book

I bought this book thinking it was about modern trapping, It’s not. It’s about old trapping with dead falls and homemade traps. There’s some crazy traps in it,but it’s not for me. If anyone is interested let me know you can have it. First “I’ll take it” gets it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Wonder what got that? Was it in an open area? To bad you can't keep the foot it would be a cool keychain.

    Dirt hole?

Do fox or other animals make dirt holes or is it something trappers started doing. I thought I found one today but it was to deep. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
