Just saw this I did a lot of research last year before buying a Chevy equinox the thing to look at is the 10 speed transmission there crap!!! I’ve had the equinox (6speed 4 cylinder)for over a year now and don’t have any complaints other then the cheap tires. The Chevy Cruze was high on my list but I needed more room for my gear. My brother has a red dot on his slug gun and loves it.

When someone comes and hunts do you let the single deer out into a wooded area or are all the deer in the same area? just wondering how it's done.i did a high fence hog hunt once and there was every animal in one area.It wasn't for me but to each his own.I know guys that go every year and love it. I have nothing against high fence hunting it's supply the demand.Someday i'm going to go down south an hunt for a black buck.

Sent a 700 in to iloin,ny got it back in two weeks with a new safety and bolt.You have to call and get a number from them then take it to ups leave the box open so they can check that it's unloaded.I went into ups and told them what I had to ship then brought the gun in.

Hijacking this thread!!! I'm about to pick up the garmin gpsmap 66i it's a gps plus has the s.o.s feature.I figured i'm probably going to spend the rest of my life hunting,fishing and exploring the ADK's,so it would be a great peace of mind to have.I've been communicating back and forth with garmin and it seems like the right unit for me.The only issue I have is the internal battery it last 35 hours or 200 hours in expedition mode.More then enough to get me through a day trip.It also burns more the more you text with it.Most of the reviewers use a solar panel to recharge in the field.This is not something i'd want to do at all. I hunt and fish alone got tired of always waiting for others.I do miss hunting with my older brother.We bow hunted for years until he moved to Florida.I've been to so many outfitter camps and party boat fishing where I walked in alone and left with friends.

"goosifer" has one,but I don't think he's used it yet. I'm still looking into which model to get there's quit a few to choose from. I'm all about the gps and this is just an added bonus.I already have the Garmin Colorado and never had an issue with it. For $30 a month it's a great piece of mind.I'm going to set it up with a family member with a quick text 'All's ok" at a set time.If the SHTF i'll lock down and hit the S.O.s button and wait it out. With the way you hunt I say get it.
