A snow shovel I’ve been up here at my place trying to scout but between the deep spots and snow squalls it’s impossible. I haven’t seen any birds or cut any tracks. There’s normally a few hens on my back ten,but nothing back there but rabbit tracks. It’s going to be a mud bath this spring.

I always thought it was mandatory. I worked in a town recycling yard here on Long Island for 20 yrs. before I transferred out they started take in all electronics. We even had to set up and certify workers to handle hazardous waste. i looked it up and found this: The New York State Solid Waste Management Act of 1988, signed into law by Governor Mario M. Cuomo, required municipalities to adopt local laws or ordinances requiring the separation and segregation of recyclable or reusable materials from solid waste by no later than September 1, 1992.Sep 1, 2017

Scrap metal yards pay for them and computers. But it’s the towns responsibility to set up a collection site. Isn’t recycling mandatory up there?

Yup that’s me I’m in Stratford Fulton co. there was a little ice storm on the way up but not to bad. The snow is deep in spots but 3-4 inches on average. Just hiked around my 10 acres didn’t loose any trees this year. This is the first year I didn’t have any damage to the house.

I’d try just about anything. My buddy says muskrat is his favorite meat. I saw a show where Fred ekler(sp) and his family eat a bobcat it looked really good. One thing I’ll never eat again is a balog egg

Finally made it up to check on my place. Been on pins and needles for the last few months with all the snow. Alls good no damage so far going to walk the property later. About 3-4 inches of snow with a few flakes flying around. Quick thanks to 2012_taco for the beautiful boat shelf fits perfectly in my living room.
