This makes me sad Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm not a big TV/Movie watching guy so I don't need the best of the best or even close to it. Black Friday we picked up a 65" 4k Element Smart TV with Roku at Target for $289. Before buying the TV I hadn't even heard of an Element TV. The picture on it is amazing it does more than I need it to do and at that price point if it craps out in 5 years I'll go buy another one because from what I read even the high end TV's suck as far as longevity goes. We slapped our old Sony Sound Bar on it and hung both from the wall.

Correct wont be fully open in 2 weeks, Hey look at that we are agreeing again! I hope that in 2 weeks things start to move even if it's slowly which it should, my worry is Cuomo will announce this week that NY Pause as is will be extended until June 1st. -

Did a favor or two for a friend and he gifted me with a 12 pack of IPA’s and this whisky. I’ve had a few fingers already and I approve Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Yes. If things start to open and cases and deaths go up you shut it down again. It would absolutely suck to be wrong and have that happen but it’s also going to suck to watch people lose jobs, businesses and savings. I’m fortunate enough to not be in that category as my job is not going anywhere but I really feel for those who are. I’m afraid we are already at the point that people are worried about recovering economically from this. To sound cheesy and patriotic at the same time this is America if we can’t even try than what have we become? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Nope. Not combative at all and I get your perspective is coming from a hard hit area. I listen to Jim and Sam on Sirius XM and they are out of NYC and they have a similar tone as you do. I’m in Erie county and as far as WNY goes I believe it is the hardest hit county which makes sense because of the population density but it’s still nothing compared to the eastern portion of the state which is why we might be a little more anxious to get things moving and open. I have a feeling that if you and I where to sit down over a beer or a tall glass of Whisky we would agree on a lot about this particular situation. At this point we are disagreeing on May 15th which is 11 business days. I wish our politicians only disagree on such a small thing! -

Happy Birthday Bionic! Having your birthday in the middle of a forced isolation period must be the best birthday wish to come true for you!!!! And no doubt dinner tonight should be a couple of personal sized pizzas in different flavors but one absolutely must be made with SHRiaaaaaaaaamp. I'm thinking SHRiaaaaaaaamp and arugula with a garlic olive oil base.

There is two things that I have learned from this thread. One, I do not have the artistic talent to pull off such a beautiful piece. Two, I do not have the patience to pull off such a beautiful piece. Its looking really good @squirrelwhisperer

A good hunting dog trainer will not only train the dog but also train the human to handle the dog.

I gave you a sad face because I can't believe you wanted to sell this. I hope you got more than its worth out of the guy. I've always wanted and older over/under. They are so beautiful. -
One hour and 42 min from my house. I could see this becoming a road trip for the family on a nice day. Thanks for posting this.

I don’t disagree with you about opening up to early. We can’t open bars and restaurants in one town and not the other because people will travel. Things like that unfortunately need to stay closed longer. I don’t have the answers or a plan but I was more talking along the lines of small crews of construction, landscaper, pool installers. Jobs and business where we can maintain social distancing but also start to get things moving again and my personal opinion is May 15th is a little longer than it needs to be. No doubt the closures and social distancing helped “flatten the curve” and reduced the amount of people that got it and as a product of that died from it and it would be a shame to just open everything and go back to square one.
