land 1 replied to rob-c's topic in Muzzleloaders

well lots of reasons but since i got my own land and camp in 2016 its more about that then hunting dont get me wrong wouldnt have the camp or land if it wasnt for hunting, but just great to get to camp with the guys and lots of hunting buts lots of hanging out too.....

look at area sales ,,,, with the limited info you provided thats the only advise anyone can give you,,,,consider road frontage, mineral rights, timber harvest,, and overall access
-
All i can say is after regular gun i see more deer about week after during muzzel season then the rest of the year,,,, dont think it will have an effect in a week or so they will be back to normal but some people will think that every deer is hiding under a rock until next spring

Does anyone let snowmobilers cross their property?
land 1 replied to left field's topic in General Chit Chat
if u ask a lawyer no is the answer...... 99% of the riders are good and the idiots are not club members ... im not a trail rider or club member.... and the chances of lawsuit are about nill... never have i heard of a lawsuit... if some knows of a lander owner being sued let us know
