Thats weird ive had no issue growing B&B but i have had issues with low ph and growing clover
-
i try to shoot a 1.6yr old doe try not to shoot the older ones, older ones are home bodies and young better eating and not as good mothers...plus a lot easier to replace a young doe in the heard from this years fawns then a mature one
-
also mowing clover 1st yr i found isnt great maybe in late august before rain the roots need time to really get going
-
have u done a soil test,,,,ive been using B&B for few years, never had issue and had it grow in 5.3ph
-
if u look at the numbers more unarmed white peolpe where shot by police and more white were shot by police in 2019,and unarmed does not mean it was not justified... and many more black men are killed by black men but wheres the rage about that, police make split second decisions ive been there and done that,,, 99% are correct and they do answer for the decisions that they get wrong.... My advise is if you want to judge the police walk in there shoes and you tell me then what u think of there job and how it should be done better until you've been there you can never know how quick an incident can go bad......

Ive said at least wait a few years before changing it make sure that it will stay at high populations and its just not a momentary spike in the population, I recall when they made the legal size to 12in many years ago to reduce the population and that was a flop because the populations didnt hold and in a few years they said it was to low

like said all depends on terrain , on my property have to go with quad, tractor could only get on a quarter maybe half my property, steep hills and wet areas

Radish Planting - Late
land 1 replied to landtracdeerhunter's topic in Land Management, Food Plots and QDM
i planted a lil early this yr the 3rd last years always on the 8th, so not to late you should be fine radish/brassicas only need about 45days of frost free temps to hit there max growth -
if what im seeing the green specs is germinated plants thats not bad, those brassica plants get fairly big and fill in fast
-
lime take months to take effect best bet is lime in spring after soil test one thing that surprised me after getting test done was how little fertilizer it called for was def wasting money before, if your plants start turning off colors give then some fertilizer then
-
getting areas cleared is a biggie, even in the 5.3 area things always grew fairly well just not as lush and seemed to be spotty, this was the 1st yr i got serious about lime after soil test lest yr
