used to stop and get that when trout fishing as a kid with my Dad. Damn good stuff. Lunch of croghan bologna cheese and crackers and mustard on a trout stream. We fished the oswegotchie and the moose rivers for trout , used to be some nice ones in there .

used a combo of apple and hickory chips. I injected and marinaded in Italian dressing and hawaiian marinade. Came out great .

These are nice too . Have thought about the beavertail boat several times but never pulled the trigger on one.

I've got a charcoal one. Electric would seem to be easier to keep the right temp for sure. But it's a good day to be in the yard with a beer and the smoker going in the summer for sure. Best of luck with the new place. Maybe you will get one for a house warming gift. Just start hinting to everyone. Lol

I don't use the smoker that much cause it takes so much time and checking but damn it comes out good. And it worked out cause the power was out here for 6 hours so cooked and did some stuff outside.

This is kinda a homeade deal. A little rubber bumble bee looking lure on a jig head. Prob not near as exciting as the pics you found. Lol

Fish pole and a little jigfly. Was just getting them from a little spot nearby. Hard to find a good bunch of decent sized ones these days it seems. There were others that I could hear but not see as it was real thick stuff. But when I come across them try to get a few.

Out in left field ..... But .... My favorite pizza is breakfast pizza. Cheese bacon, sausage, eggs. Love it. Add some Franks and perfecto.

Western eggs and cheese. Venison maple breakfast sausage.

Actually there is a ton of studies and science behind it. And it's not like breaking the bank. Scent free shampoo and deodorant is the same price as regular and the descent sprays are relatively cheap. So why not use it. Any little extra edge.

I have a real light aluminum boat. And love it. I am a chicken to be in a kayak or canoe cause they tip too easy. You can't pack in a alum boat but I can go most anywhere and stand up and fish. And they row pretty easy. Mine isn't a flat John it has a V bow and it rows great. Also the John boats are pretty easy to row. Also easy to take another person. Throw a trolling motor on it and it's a mini bass boat! Unless your rowing through a type canoe trip the alum boat is best for just a day fishing. Have been to many an Adirondack lake and fished the whole lake rowing.

A few this am. Wind was tough couldn't fish where I wanted to , too rough for my boat. But fished NE to stay out of the waves and got these. Caught 4 short eyes and had another keeper on but line broke by swivel. Didn't check it and retie. But one nice eye. Had to get off lake early. It's pirates weekend, boats are stacked 3 deep in the canal, people docked were drinking already when I was headed out at 6am. Or still going from last night. Lol. But there is a boat parade etc today so a quick morn.

This was smoked. Very good. Lobsta mac is so rich and good though

I had the Annie IPA. It was good and from Good nature brewery local in Hamilton. Was gonna try the smoked beer on tap but was so full.

Ray brothers BBQ. Awesome. Had half rack and Mac and cheese and slaw. GF had smoked meat loaf.

Great! been wanting to get out there. I hunt a spot 5 minutes from there too. Its about 35 minutes from the house but def want to check it out. I am a big fan of meatloaf and order it a lot when i go out, but am leaning towards a rack of ribs tonite i am thinking....... hush puppies........mmm!
