    My buddy wants to buy one shotgun to use for ducks but also turkey. Any suggestions? He is leaning 20 g. Also is there any issue with the same gun running steel shot and turkey loads?     I frost seeded last year in some trails and the clover really took well. I'm going to do a lot more this year. One edge I am going to till and plant but if it doesn't take I'm just going to clover it and cut it 3 x a year. They like they new growth anytime after it's cut and coming back in.     Gotta have a good breakfast on the weekends. Spinach and cheese omelette with foothills moonshine sausage. Yesterday went out for breakfast and had a Utica greens omelette (no pics).     This is like the ugly solar fields. There is a bunch around here now that used to have deer and turkeys in them. Now they are fenced off and covered in panels and wires. Yeah seems so much better for the environment..... Sent from my motorola edge 5G UW (2021) using Tapatalk

    The 8-14 day forecast is for above average temps. But always hate to risk frozen and broken things. The ice on the lake after tomorrows rain ought to be about gone.     this will increase my available hunting time. As those after work hunts are gone once the time changes. I will bring my gear to work a couple of times a week and bow hunt some evenings, Esp when i have the next day off already.

    luckily i live 6 minutes from hunting spot and 4 minutes from the boat launch. And once i launch the boat its a short ride to fish
