If everything went to hell in a hand basket everyone within this area is in trouble , city or country. Where do you think people from the city are headed to....and there are nuclear power plants all around us and those generators only last so long to keep the rods cool, water all around will be unusable to drink when the sewer plants shut down, disease , looting, no heat in the winter etc. The last worry is canned food in reality. total BS. Food banks around here and all the area supplies - food is plentiful. And the only reason they dont get a take from the casino is if they choose not to. They also get preference for all Jobs there. And the hatchery is not on nation land.

there was legislation out there to allow them to gill net on the lake too but i guess this was suspended for now. Also Chris i believe on Nation grounds they can hunt anytime they want. Im wiht you its BS. The lake is stocked with the money and effort of NYS taxpayers, if they would lilke to patake they can pay their taxes like the rest of us and follow the laws in place. what reason could they have to NEED to do this? and dont tell me its out of Poverty- the Oneidas own the largest employer and business in this area of the Turning Stone resort and casino . its BS.

Did some brush cutting today. A nice apple tree next to one of our stands the brush has just grown in terrible so cleared that out a bit. Got well over 1/2 of it done. Have to get out there next weekend and try to get the drains for the ponds open. Water is higher than ever and nothing is going thru the drains. That's gonna be fun in the cold water. Also did some more frost seeding of clover. Before and after pics of brush cutting. The flooded pond pic and a nice buck rub. Was good to be outside and working again in tolerable weather. I would def like to go. last year i had late summer bow issues. But i would go. used to go to a lot of them but i shoot less and less these days. But would be interested . Let me know when the schedule comes out maybe we can figure on of those to go to. i usually dont start shooting til at least August , so would be pretty rusty til then. Lol
