def try it. I have made a northern pike fish chowder and it came out great . Basically make like a new england style clam chowder. Can even make a clam chowder with a clam juice base and add the northern pike to it.

I liked them for their personality.

That sucks. TF you prob know the people that work there or own it. Tough days for them. Hope it reopens. The restaurant business is tough without something like this. I never made it there but it was on my list to do. Sorry to hear.

been to 4 of them as well. The blue canoe in madison county used to have an ice fishing tournament every year as well. Dunno if they still do. But wouldnt this be a great summer to hit every place on this list! that would be fun.

couldnt agree more. This movement is going to have one hell of a head of steam. And because we want to shoot a deer or plink with an AR is probably just a speedbump. There will be some sort of legislation from the Feds and then expect more from the states.

the one in syracuse is closed. It became a Toby Keith bar I think and then that closed. I went there one time with a girl who used to be a hooters girl. That was kinda cool. They had her stand on a chair and did some kinda cheer for her. The food was ok, used to go there with 3 or 4 buddies before xmas every year. As it was in the mall we used to say we were xmas shopping. So we ate and drank and 15 minutes before the mall closed we made drunk purchases at the closest stores.

whether we like it or not or think we are in the right - the majority in this country would prob be for more gun restrictions. What is considered right is the majority. Within most of our lifetimes i think we will see any semi auto with a magazine will have to be registered (long guns) . The fact is that gun laws will never be lessened and always be restricted more. With the change in society and the we must do something just to say something was done - gun rights will continue to be restricted. Further legislation will pass soon as this has wheels and fire to it after this terrible shooting. Just wish those kids were pushing for a more secure school and metal detectors and a full time police officer. Cause it would prob be passed. There are more people in the country that do not hunt and they want something to be done - unfortunatley we are not going to like it. And guess what they dont care if we do, if it makes them feel better about their kids being at school.

by effective - you mean deadly I assume. Dunno what you were shooting but at a qualifying distance of 7 yards it seems pretty effective. 3 shots of buckshot or a slug does a lot of damage and like I said if i miss the one shot it does me no good anyhow. I understand what you mean though it isnt a 357 by any means. I had a .327 ruger and this judge is actually lighter to carry . Just like the gun.

They are perfect for me cause I think of a pistol as a way to get to a real gun. So up close and personal is about all I would ever use it for. Plus i suck with a pistol and need more than one thing coming out of that barrel.
