Wheat ground maybe?

I was going to suggest maybe plow down some of the debris. By your description, you're have a certain degree of plow plugging, but just try it with one spot. May work better then u think. I've plow down ( using 2- 14" )some pretty nasty stuff, and the outcome was good for late summer planting, considering. The coulters of the plow give the most trouble. And yes, LOL, I would definely get Radish planted, somewhere on that property. Their like a deer magnet, pulling power right into late winter. I'm sold on them. Planted about 50 lb. at 8 lb. / acre. Would be ideal to break the ground up. We were seeing deer right through into muzzleloading season. Working on posting pics for u.

We have army worms too. Not near the numbers of last years. If one sees black birds in the hay, army worms are present. Must be easy pick'ins for them. Took a few pics yesterday. Would think spray would be diluted by the rain.

Anyone ever try landing a deer into a boat by yourself. Can make for an utmost interesting experience, believe me.

Oats and peas thrive in damp, cooler weather, but not soggy grounds. The oats around here are heading out too, which is very early. The peas look very good, but hot weather will reduce tonage/ acre. Some of the pea ground here, once harvested usaully go into green, edible beans, and sweet corn. A year like this will reduce acreage, not doubt. Also had trouble planting beets.

With all this wet weather, the frogs are all over the place, even in the fields. Frog legs in the freezer this year. Yummy.

Sound like a very honest shop. They treated u , more then fair.

This weather pattern is hard to swollow, after a year like last. Just refuses to straighten up and dry out. I hear, rice is a valauble crop. Keeps up, I'LL be putting rice tires on the tractor. Already got duals for the baler.

Products review hold very little value in my book. With that being said, good luck in your quest to find a good lawn mower. A good mower to some, is a piece of junk to others. I refuse to promote anyones product. I don't want to be held responsable for u buying a headace!, LOL.

Taking vehicles to repair shops, you're trust ing their judgement to make the right repair on the vehicle at the best price possible. Possible, this repair shop has lost a knowledgable mechanic. Every repair shop usually has just one, mainly because of hugh overhead and operating cost. Others are just wrench turners. Give the shop a chance to " go good" on the repair. Any good repair station, should honor a warranty. On another note, wait to u see what happens to inspections next year.

A electrical problem can be one of the toughest, especially for someone with little training. One would have though to check the battery and cables, first. Never make a problem more complicated, than it really is.

This Time Of Year

More honey bee pics. This swarm came in early yesterday. Ended up in one of my pear trees.I love this time of year, LOL. -
I've used a clean burlap bag, in a pinch. Mine are already expired, so a small foldable cooler/ strap with a little ice works well.

heading out...
landtracdeerhunter replied to growalot's topic in Land Management, Food Plots and QDM
My plow done wheat is headed nicely. Starting to ripen. Left it due to the wet June. High hopes the turkey visit it like last season. They don't seem to trust the area until some of the hay is removed. The deer have made paths through, with several bedding areas in spots. Looks like a good fawn year from the beds spotted. It's continues to rain here this am., with another 6/10th. Couple days of drying and back to wet. -
What type of crop is this?

We all work together, share a common knowledge, and always willing to learn. -
We'll Culver, These dish compinies are no better than Time Warner. They lock u into a 2 year contract, then sky rocket the price. After 2 years we all pay for these teaser rates, new siqnups get. One thing to consider, u don't get the cloud blackouts- rain fade, with wired service.

Where's the gone wrong part?

I now have enough lumber to build two perment stands, spots where the ladders got stolen last. Got the tarps ordered from Habor Freight and two past board frig. boxes reserved. Now all I need is the brick and the flue for the fireplace, LOL
