  1. I got 4 out of 5 letters in the right spot and everything the 1st try. Took me 3 more to finish though..lol
  2. 4 for HNY 6 for NYT. That seemed tough.
  3. You are right! I woke up on a nude beach once and there was not a pretty sight anywhere..
  4. Yikes ! That's early.. no peepers for another month or 2 here. I cannot wait though.
  5. Isn't that the truth. I've owned a recurve for a couple years now and have not put the time in to learn to shoot it well yet.. I CAN hit the broad side of a barn with it but may miss a garden shed at 75 yds...;)
  6. I know..lol.. it is a friend though. And he will be working along side for most of it with us. Makes a nice spring project.
  7. I'm over 60 . From the dirt to move in ready.
  8. Neat.. I enjoy that about traveling . It does not matter where you are, you will meet somebody that is from or has a connection to back home.
  9. I concur. Building costs have gone way up but not enough to reflect these prices. I just priced out a 36×28 attached 2 story garage/mudroom and living space above. Over $80,000, just materials, with inexpensive finishes. About double what it was 5-10 years ago.
  10. Like ive said before .I personally don't have a firm feeling against full inclusion. Imo. It just seems like more "dumbing" down or watering down our experience.. I feel that there will come a day when people will remember wistfully the old methods we used in the past. Many today already don't know what it's like to kill a deer with a recurve , or even a traditional muzzleloader with iron sights.
  11. 90+ out of a 100 guys that say they can consistently hit a 3" group at 75 yds are full of crap. Especially in a hunting situation. Unless they are shooting a 1 arrow group..;) Heck, I can hit a 3" circle 2-3 out 5 shots at 75 yds the rest might be close ,but not an honest consistent 3" group.. Yet close enough to kill a deer. I'm just not a fan of full inclusion, not really dead set against it either. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy hunting with the crossbow (probably 1/2 the time in those last 2 weeks) It is foolish, all these excuses or reasons people make up about a crossbow not being a superior weapon.
  12. So it says..but..... Crossbows are much easier to shoot accurately.
  13. I had bought a cbr1000 a few years ago figuring I was old enough to responsibly ride one again after not having a bike for years. Turns out I'm not..lol..I sold it before I hurt myself.. Actually thinking a dual purpose bike may be fun. I could even take it west on an elk trip and get further in on some of those jeep trails we won't take the truck..
  14. This reminds me of a local scooter "gang". They must have a dozen members. Matching leather jackets and the works. Youngest member must be 70.. :)
  15. That is going to be hard to patch..
  16. I'm with you. I'm not going to help bring down demand either.. In my small business, I'm contributing to inflation too I guess. My prices have gone up considerably over the last year. When my phone stops ringing I will think about lowering them..;)
  17. If we all stopped buying, prices would fall.
  18. Nice video. I appreciate the large timber. You don't see as many of those oaks up here in the north country compared to down there. Roughly 25 years ago I worked winters as a feller when construction slowed down. I loved falling those large trees.
  19. Love it! You forgot about giving the Xbox to one of your girlyboy friends. Before anybody gets mad , I'm NOT talking about @moog..;) BTW.. I'm not doing any of these suggestions with mine..lol
  20. I've been through 1/2 of my $750.00 of coal.;)
  21. Guess I'm still a kid too. I do that to anybody I'm riding with that's not paying attention, at least once..:)
  22. Yes gas prices suck! I went from a normal job to being self employed last spring . I do miss my company truck and gas card..lol Back in the 90s I bought a used motorcycle and mostly paid for it in gas savings. Hummm. Maybe I'll have to do the math again.;) Just did the math.. I don't think I can put 10000 miles a year on a motorcycle anymore.lol. guess it will have to be a really cheap bike.
  23. It's kind of foolish either way. We already provide syringes and safe places to shoot up. It's not really a leap to think we won't provide crack pipes.. After all this controversy, they will most likely not provide pipes even though it may have been their intention.
