Our standers do not shoot into the drive, the stands are set so deer pass by the stands broadside or 1/4 ing away. Nearly.all are elevated .. . The drivers shoot as many if not more deer than the standers. Knowing you have a guy ahead of you to your left and you can only.shoot straight ahead and to the right. Its vital people know and obey the rules if you will.. the walkers know the standers are elevated and can shoot.if you get out of your stand to get the deer you shot at you are in the line of fire.. it why you stay in stand till drive is done.. safe simple precision effective hunting..

There is no confusion, standers stay in stand till drive is done , doesnt matter if you shoot world record.you stay in stand or spot assigned , there is no I can see. Better from over there... Walkers know where others are in diagonal line moving deer ahead. 25 years and never had a problem with deer taken on drives.. well one incident where guy was watching drive on my side hill while driving swerved off road hit pole and rolled truck.. but he wasnt part of the drive..

You better ask tim about my hill hes done it a few times most.do it 1x and done never.come back or have to be a stander..

Love deer drives , only do them.last weekend and muzzleloader. Unfortunately the skill of knowing how to walk and effectively move deer the direction you want them to go is fast fading ,kids cant learn it and walking the side of a hill for 3/4 of a mile is getting harder the older I get. Everyone want to be a standers now adays. I ve killed more deer doubling back while walking the standers ever kill..

Love my.snow camo especially late season muzzleloader, I wear an orange hat and full coverall.does make a big difference ..

Noooo. They will deploy premature if the x bow shoots faster than normal compound speeds. I'll shoot my compound to 65 or so , my crossbow 40.. confidence issues..

Sounds like one or both blades deployed at the shot causing bolt to go high.rage re did their crossbow collars to solve this issue. I dont know how old your rage head was but if it was year or 2 old it could be bad collar or it degraded a bit just during to age. The only issues I've had with rages was premature deployment, caused by wear on collar putting it in and out of quiver or a factory fault.my new Crossbow heads now have heavy black collar.vs the orange ones

If you weren't higher than 30 ft the difference in exit is only 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch assuming animal is 12 to 16 in wide..

Congrats!! Guys have seen two more here one was huge at 60 yards guy said it would go 30 us pounds. the other was a young one friend has it 20 yards but only was size of housecat so he let it go.
