Smallest hard horn spike I've seen ,sub legal for sure ..look hard.. -
3 year old at least, I'd shoot. Not to picky, just want mature deer rack is bonus

Well I've passed this doe for 3 hunts but gf said she needed ground meat so her she is.. 25 yard shot in my apple orchard, had to go back to get knife and golf cart to pull her out , only went 40 yards. 1st deer I had to gut with a flash light in almost 20 years. At butcher more bacon and some cut to be made with gf order for ground... vacation now for 4 weeks.. horn hunting and bear hunting next few weeks.

Favorite food of sailors, why they almost went extinct like stellars sea cow

Most problems lie in the pellets, ..loose powder imo is only way to go. Uncle had problems with his shooting 3 pellets (cause gun said it could take 150 grain charge) dropped to two 100 grajn and marked improvement, got.him to shoot 110gr losses and it's a tack driver at 200 yards.

So one could say they are pussyfooting it....

Joe does a great job. Think sizzlelean, can crisp it up if you add oil.to pan but I prefer it flexible

Food plots on logging roads
G-Man replied to Team Hoyt's topic in Land Management, Food Plots and QDM
Gly, any form or brand name,, lime and fert ,clover will hold up to travel and browsing, you can use a cereal grain in select sections as well to help draw in fall as well as over seed brassica again in section.. no need to do a mile of road all in a plot just 100 yards or so where sunlight is sufficient and stand locations possible. You can cover rest in a grass like rye it will be used but is really there for erosion control. Widening of lane by cutting back shade trees add features like allowing more sun into plot , try and set up east west for max sunlight, removing sunlight.blocking tree s to south of road .predominantl Wind direction will also play into what sections of road way you want to make into " plots" vs erosion control plantings, log landings / staging are also good spots for plots but be prepared to lime quite a bit as most areas will be acidic -
Disturbing as we are all being forced into a giant homeowners association run by "offended" leaders.. https://thehuntingnews.com/city-proposes-fine-for-hanging-deer-in-your-yard/

That would be the issue hunting in areas like that even in suburbs around upstate cities. Big bucks there but so not worth the hassle for me. I could hunt family land in Lancaster but choose not to as to many people just out looking walking around, trespassing because they just bought a house in development next to farm and it just unused land.. the interruptions by people walking dogs oblivious to me sitting in a hedgerow feet from them and dogs so domesticated they never saw or smelled me ,ignorant and lack of instincts like their owners.. ugh.. for those that hunt the burbs..I respect you can out up with all the people.. I moved far away as I hate dealing with people

Do you buy a muzzleloader tag? I usually save my dmp for a guest, or youth in gun season. The anterless only tag is valid anywhere and it's always 1st tag I fill..

Who changed their name.again?

Next town over from me. Rural, olean, is closest city, hornell, bradford oa, rochester buffalo all within 1.5 hours
-
Any deer as long as it's a mile nor more from where you hunt
-
There is an online course for non residents to take that have an existing other state bow licence. My friends had to take it to hunt this year in ny. They said it's about 1.5 hours long.
