  1. That's why I switched to 9mm carbine, I ca n reload ammo is inexpensive on sale and available
  2. You should be able to tell by bite marks , distance between canines will tell you how big and what it is
  3. Before they were legal it was tannerite... no big change here, love the Arial stuff, not into the big bang and booms....
  4. They are legal now ,and everyone around here has bought them in pa for as long as I can remember.. they don't belong in surburbia, to many houses for them to land on.
  5. Problems with the man hunt , the cops are using atvs, can hear them things a mile away I could hide an elephant in the time that allows, the cops are walking tracks, if I escaped I'd be in ravines and creek bottoms to hide, most of the cops have no idea what to do in the woods or look for the are use to the urban jungle ( that goes for dog the bounty hunter as well). The area the are in is dotted with many unknown back woods cabin and trailer that were built without permits ( poor county who want to pay tax on a camp) if you try to give a cop advice they look at you like your crazy... they ate trained what to you know...just cause you live in the area woods year round...... at leas pa has hundreds of game comission officers that know their country,,, we have 2 and if we are lucky 3 dec officers that ma have knowledge of that area.... this search is a joke....
  6. Both had life sentences, wouldn't be having this discussion if they were just lynched....
  7. Kid said he wanted to start a race war . ... so. Y his own admittance terrorism
  8. https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=VpQfoazCgbE
  9. Clear a spot, if you plan to resell
  10. It's can be sprayed when it's growing with a myriad of chemicals and still be sold as organic... it's sad, like advertising low fat.. .001 the n regular product and it's low fat... trusting the usa is like trusting the government to take care of you... don't get me wrong there are some benifits but take everything with grain of salt
  11. Organic, is a joke do you actually know what they consider organic? Look up the regs, unless you grow it yourself I would question all organic products..
  12. Spray now and wait till dead, hit problem areas again, then plow, and plant..
  13. I have a 2 bottom wheel plow that sat in field for 20 plus years, points were broken at tip so 15 in instead of 16, works fine, plows usually go bad when mull boards wear thru, those are tough to find on old plows, tractor supply may have 14 in bottom for a jd that you can cut bolts off and replace with your bolt pattern ,but your before pics are in much better shape than mine and I've used for 15 years doing 5 acres..
  14. Looking at those pics you should be able to plow for a few years doing foodplot with what you have....unless your plowing pure gravel, and don't paint the moll boards as it makes for harder plowing till they shine up , for storage a thin covering of grease is all that's needed.
  15. Check with a massey dealer, points should be able to be replaced, land slides well...tough to find, a good welder can make you points pretty easily with the old one for thickness and bolt pattern.
  16. Who decides that everyone dreams about a 10 pt, deer are genetically designed to be 8 pts, only.thru manipulation of the genes intentional or otherwise do you get more than 8 pts. Just because you dream of a wall hanger that has 10 pt I know a lot of people happy with 2 points, that is the problem with deer management, taking individual hunters goals and ambitions into account, s say you killed a 130 class 10 pt every year, when that becomes common, then what you want bigger and more points?? Where does it end? I think in general most hunters want to see deer period. It may mean more deer than is healthy for the enviroment, but that is what people want, dec want population control, the push for ar's comes from the public. They lower deer numbers to allow deer to be healthier and the gripe is there are no deer... manage your own areas ,get together with neighbors and stop thinking of them as your deer, learn to enjoy the hunt not the harvest and hunting will be a much more enjoyable persuit
  17. 3000 to 5000 for well depending how deep they have to go. Septic system for 3 bedroom sand filter should be 5000 to 6500.00
  18. By size and color only, I would go with redtail.hawk, image would.have to be sharper for any better identity to known
  19. They have a shoddy reporting system, and educated guesses using formulas, the numbers reported are way off from what I know is taken, there is no way I can take 10% of an entire towns take off 300 acres.. manage what you can using your own judgement work on your habitat, relying on others is just crazy . The wmu are much to large for proper management. But to make them smaller means more staff and $$$ wake up and demand a right to hunt in the state constitution,to be run by a game department, remember the dec is all enviromental, pollution, emmisions, willife, water, marine, and everything else... I'd rather have my game managed by specialists.
  20. You flush your toilet there is water pollution, oil leak on an engine, can't ban everything...
  21. I think you hit nail.on the head, summer range of bucks was wiped out and yours is next best , they love those fallow fields, the hunting community now sees them a s easy food plots, I try and stress to people I talk to to know what you are removing, if prime bedding and nesting is removed for food yes you will have deer and birds on your property to eat and in case of deer usually at night.... grow you may want to forgo food plot and put in some goood bedding cover, perhaps some tall native grasses.. that may help draw the doe for fawning and bedding, and an adult doe will.remove most of the bucks from her home range....
