    Predators do go after private parts sometimes to try and slow there prey down for a kill .

    I don't even bother using a my scope rifle , at that distance. I like using a shotgun with iron sites when I know I will be hunting a location with no shots over 80 or so yards . Even when I'm not in shotgun zone , a lot of the time . I got so confident at using it over the years i dont bother most the time with anything else . I like being able to switch from hunting big game to small with just one gun , that a shotgun lets you do .

    Maybe a hunter shot them off last year,or a coyote took a bite at its sack damaging them. Or fence who knows .

    I like the way he had his body drag the deer out for him . Wish I had a friend like that lol

    The thing with smartphones if you never had one you see the price it costs and it does not seem worth the money for some people . It is the type of thing you see more of a value once you have it and learn to use it .

    Heck where I hunt there is still no cell single in the woods more then 100 yards from the road it goes dead. Forgot social media and the internet lol Beside you playing around in the woods with phone means your more then likely going to miss those deer . Not a good idea anyway especially that sneaky buck that is hiding in the distance .

    You have my respect most guys don't like to say when they miss I always think it was the scope or iron sits being off or the branchs that got in the way when I miss for some reason never happens when I target shoot . Nerves maybe but it happens once in the while even to the best of us. Part of the hunt

    I have had no problems with rem 3 inch and Winchester 3 inch slugs . Branneky are good to . But you never know I guess

    Like I said could have been a weak defective load maybe . O don't take it personally about me being skeptical it is the internet. If you telling me that the deer took a %100 good shotshell from 30 yards and did not get any penetration I have a bridge I want to sell you . What brand of slug was it because I would ask for my money back if I were you

    Tricked by the weather man again ,wanted to go to my 3 hour drive spot this morning but because they said it was going to snow I did not bother should of know better. there wrong almost as often as there right .

    If that really happened that acually would be caused by the shock of the slug hitting the deer . But I'm skeptical that you did not get more penetration . Maybe was a defective weak load .

    Well the thing I alway here from hunters at least that I know is well if you dont go the first 3 days it' over your not going to see or get anything .

    The only way you are getting killed by a bullet if it does not hit you directly is by Ricochet no vacuum explosion black hole wormhole will do it . If you think otherwise please provide proof of it . Probably a ricochet from one of those rounds killing someone is the basis for that myth I would imagine.
