    Sorry bud, you are battin 0-7 with me on this post. The social things like tranny rights and letting stoners drive about the streets stoned out of their minds i wont comment on this evening, as i just dont have it in me. But on gun rights, i have one question for you. How will you feel when Andy implements red flag laws, and your due process rights are arbitrarily taken away? Your neighbor who is pissed at you because you are an @$$hhole and dumped lawn clippings on your property line and alot drifted onto his lawn from wind so he said you threatened him waving a gun (totally made up) so now Andys storm troopers from the state police show up and clean out your gun cabinet the night before opening day?

    I love how veterans have to wait at the back of the line in this country to get the healthcare they EARNED, but when an MS-13 gang member jumps our border and shows up in an ER they get fast tracked to the front of the line.

    Same here, was only allowed access in September so missed all of archery. Got one medium sized doe last Saturday of rifle, so didn't blank thank God. The way I am looking at it, and so should you, is this was a learning year, every minute we spent on that property was invaluable and will help us be better prepared next year. Oh and on the cams, I have never used them before, and damn do they help, especially if you have a lot of land to cover.

    This show kinda lost me with the addition of millenials/NYC hipsters as replacement cast. Totally unrealistic, especially in the deep south. These new characters are totally dry, lame, and annoying. Then they try to push homosexual characters down our throats. Why? Why go there? And they were total weaklings! Cmon, man! Not only do you do THAT to us, but then you make them...weaklings... i will not use the terms i want to use on this board, just in case someone's kid is reading. Respect. On top of that, Michonne. I LOVE how Rick lost his wife, then fell for a Black woman. I can relate. Same thing happened to me (my ex wife didnt die, just left me.) However, that being said, change her hairdo! There is NO WAY a black woman could POSSIBLY keep dreds like that in those conditions! If she did, it would be absolutely NASTY! Does ANYBODY realize how much work it would take from hair pros to keep her hair looking even remotely that good? Cmon, AMC, lets pay SOME attention to detail!

    Just started my first dish from the doe i had to drag a mile out of woods last Saturday. slow cooker venison chilli. Will update tonight when it is donzo.

    Hats off steve-o! Same here, we deployed and they started passing out optics, i was odd man out. Brand spanking nee M-16A4 with M-203 underneath, iron sights all 18 months i was in country. I love that rifle, still miss it. Made the longest shot in my lifetime with that rifle... My buddy is a captain in the Army, today the kids dont go to the range if they dont have optics for their M-4. I wonder what they would do if they were in my shoes. I feel like i am getting old...

    If he hit expert on his annual qualifier 5 years that IS good. Takes alot of talent to do so. I always hit sharpshooter, but if i had an acog i would be in there like swimwear. We never got to shoot with glass until we deployed. Shooting with the tools WE use as hunters, with high end optics and ideal conditions, however, is a cakewalk.

    Check your equipment, go to range in off season to build up confidence. DEFINITELY check your zero, get used to the recoil. Dont beat yourself up so bad, stuff happens. The fact that you feel so bad for the creatures you look to harvest is actually GOOD karma. It will come back your way next year! You sound like a seriously good and sincere guy who has great respect for the sport as well as the wildlife we all love and respect. You really do mean well, I will be praying for you and your family.

    What kind of soldiers were you training with, nasty girls?! I was Armored Cav, RA, we were EXTREMELY squared away with the basics. When we went into Al Hit to take over for 3/1 Marines, they were a hot mess. Good guys and all, but when we went on our right seat ride before they left, we were shaking our heads...
