Been there twice.  One of my favorite places to visit.  In that particular picture I was there for a friends destination wedding.  A lot of lady-boys there.  For some reason, they seem to congregate towards me....hmmm...don't know why.

 

Edit: Also, screen name was a nickname I was given when pledging a fraternity back in college.  I bought the tickle-me elmo doll as a Christmas gift for my niece and the bros found it and viola!  I was given the name and it stuck ever since.
