I seems like the main modification was a new lower receiver.  Does this mean you can take this out of state, slap on a regular receiver, and it'll become to normal AR-15 again?

It should be just a stock that replaces the pistol grip.

Cali has made compliant stocks for awhile can google that too....just turns it into a "normal" rifle....kinda like the saiga ak47 sporter if your familiar with that.

Like that it's being done, but I'd never buy that. I remember a binelli rifle I think that looked good.

You dont need a bullet button. Just this stock and a barrel with no brake and you are good to go.

 

Theres actually another device that makes it so the mag release doesnt work the way a normal one would. It includes a new quick release rear pin. You pop the rear pin out, split the upper and lower, and the mag pops out. No other mod necessary. They are waiting on word if thats enough to make the mag become considered fixed.
