NYBuckHunter27
Saw them at the WNY outdoors show in Hamburg this past weekend on sale, nothing special just has the elite logo on them, has foam on inside of hood....that's a no go for me. Sogaard
they' re out, check out elites website or just Google them....get your check book ready though. They aren't out yet. The ones you can buy on the Elite site are the 2013 quivers. From what my dealer told me (I placed an order for a 1-piece about two months ago) they have started shipping some of the 2-piece quivers recently, but the 1-piece are still in production and won't be available for another few weeks. I'm dying to get my quiver too...have everything else on my new E32 all ready. Now I just need my shoulder to heal up a bit more so I can start flinging arrows again.
Sogaard
An easy way to tell if you are getting a 2013 or a 2014 quiver: The 2013s are all 5 arrow quivers, the 2014s are either 4 or 6 arrows.

Never understood the 4 and 5 arrow quivers. Broad heads com in packs of 3. They should all be 3 or 6. Really drives me nuts having that extra head or 2 laying around. Really drives me nuts having that extra head or 2 laying around. I went with a 4 arrow quiver because I didn't want the extra weight of a 6 arrow. I plan on taking 3 broad heads and a blunt arrow in case I need to discourage a squirrel or chipmunk from torturing me. Last year I had a chipmunk stand below me and bark for 40 minutes straight...never again...never again!

I blasted one with the .50 last season, just so it wouldn't bother me the next day, and because I'm sure he was telling the deer I was there. maytom
Another vote for the kwikee-kwiver. Ever since they came out with their mechanical model with the "double attachment" for the arrows, I was hooked. They sell accessories so that you can slip it off your bow and attach it to a tree. fasteddie
I have a Bohning Lynx 6 arrow quiver on my Ben Pearson TX-4 . I carry 4 mechanicals and 2 practice tips . The quiver has dual retainers to hold the arrow in two places . I remove the quiver when in a stand but sometimes practice with it on just to check it out . NYBuckHunter27
I also use a cat quiver, actually have two.one for elk hunting and the other cat quiver mini for deer. Love them! looking into cat quiver as we speak, i don't shoot with the quiver on and typically leave it inside my backpack rarely mounted on my bow. I have read that people have had durability issues with these quivers...have you experienced this? certain straps breaking/ bad stitches in material? also, does the mini cat quiver included with a shoulder strap or do you have the buy the harness separate? Thanks for all your info!
backbeach
no they have held up well they come with a felt strap and they can be adjusted to arrow length...when i hunt elk its slung over my shoulder ...i also have a backpack on it doesn't get in the way for me...in my stand i pull it up with my bow and hang it on the tree within reach...just remember to make sure you put the rope through the strap...last fall i got in my stand in the dark and pulled my bow up and no quiver missed the strap had to climb down and attach it....bad when your using a climber..lol

dhuntley2
If you are going to be taking it off, don't even get one that can come off and go on. Just one more thing you have to worry about, screws getting loose, little plastic pieces making noise, etc. Get one that you wear on your hip like a tarantula quiver. Just take it off and hang it on the tree when you get to the stand. I used to have a kwikee quiver and found it make a lot of noise on the plastic clip that held the detachment part on. Soon as I took the whole thing off it was so much quitter. The less stuff you have on a bow the less there is to go wrong.
