clearly on the inside of the rear right leg.  I would guess just a dark tuft of fur from her peeing on herself or something.  Maybe just a fatty mass on the leg which is pretty common.  Look closely enough you can see it.  It is deceiving that it looks like it is coming out of her belly, but I don't believe it really is.

Not photoshopped. If you really zoom in it doesn't look like it is on the leg but more hanging down from the belly. You can see belly hair around it. Tough to tell my guess is something from the abdomen either a tumor or intestine? I don't know how a deer would live with its innards on the outside?? lol This is in Westchester so a fence injuring the deer is not out of the question.

Leg ripped open from a yote attack, or something like that maybe. Could be a growth, but it almost looks like an injury to me.

That was my first thought. To me it looks like a large patch of hide torn off the inside of the leg. Coyote, dog, or maybe just the top of one of those fences in the background.
