Went into the kitchen to stare supper (I eat early)been eating the same time seems forever. Put the lab out and he is barking at something,which he normaly does not, look out the window and there is a 8 pointer brosing and looking up a him, no velvet antlers shining in the evening sunset.

it's a defense mechanism that have in response to antler restrictions...they hold onto their smaller antlers as long as possible.
