I just got done with fresh salmon topped with soy, teriyaki sauce and whole grain mustard. Accompanied that with saute broccoli.  After the kids go to bed it will be spinach and feta cheese stuffed portable mushrooms and crab cakes around 11pm with whatever white wine i pull out of the cooler.

Skewered shrimp Montreal seasoned venison steak. Finally got the charcoal started in the 30 mph. winds. The hickory is soaking the shrimp get ol bay and butter basted. This ought to be worth the effort

Tossed salad,red skinned yellow baby potatoes,beets,baked acorn squash, venison chops sauteed in herbed olive oil and garlic smothered in onions and portabella mushrooms.

Marinated and grilled venison tenderloins, fettuccini alfredo noodles, and a good beer. Great way to start the new year. Oh and homemade Apple pie *wink *wink for dessert.
