All I could think of was the Chinese restaurant scene from The Christmas Story.

Great scene but not quite..sesame chicken, pork lo mein, chicken broccoli, egg rolls, steamed dumplings, hoi-soy chicken(red sweet and spicy sauce over white meat chicken)

Mrs Crappy whipped up eggplant parmigiana and sausage lasagna to bring to her parents house up in the Boston area. Forgot to bring REAL bread so stuck with Mass. “bread” which tastes like Elmer’s glue only more bland. I would normally slather some bread with sauce but now I don’t want to waste the sauce!!!

That's exactly what I have in brine right now.  Gonna smoke them on Sat.  First try with these as well.

Many recipes say boil. I just cant do it. Smoking sounds real good. I will try roasting one rubbed with mustard and may try sous verde on other.

Yeah I thought the same lol.  Sous vide sounds very good. A couple of guys on here in venison roast thread mentioned smoking the roast and it's like pastrami.

Good luck. Post up how it came out.
