Thanks. I do make minestrone sometimes.  And also make a sausage and creamy tomato tortellini soup, one of my favorites. But made this with a good amount of cannelli beans so didn't need pasta too.  I make a lot of homeade soups in the winter.

if it was a 3 hour one way drive to your house I would drop some off.  But 4 hours is just too much. 

BTW the cheese steak comparison you had recently.......you forgot one contender - yours!  Did they match up to the Venison cheese steaks at such high demand at your house??

I will be having leftovers at work, from lunch that I am eating now - lazy style stuffed cabbage made with ground deer meat.  Hands down my favorite thing to eat.   The  drink will not be the same though.

I dropped the ball and didn’t get any pics.  We ended up cooking like a dozen pies in the Ooni.  They were all delicious.  Prosciutto arugula was the crowd favorite as usuals.  The last 3 we let my 8 year old nephew make from start to finish and they came out great.  He made himself a pepperoni to take home for lunch today.

All these great pizzas being made tonite and I did not get a great one at the gas station for sure. Lol.
