I want to buy that, but I'm unsure what size i should get, I'm 6'4 if that helps and sometimes larges are small.  Any suggestions?

I do a tight moisture wicking poly from predator camo, followed by a heavy layer of minus33 wool. Very warm setup.

On the way in, a few miles and very uphill I will just wear the poly, then throw everything else on at the stand.

Go to your local army-navy surplus store and ask for the ECWCS base layer.  It stands for extreme cold weather clothing systems.  I got some for $40, both upper and lower.  I can't remember the last time I was cold while hunting.

I used them this weekend. I liked them. Not as thick as my under armor but it was more comfortable kept me dry, dried out quick and also did not retain odor. I'm happy about the purchase.

Thats too bad, try to save money but sometimes you get what you pay for. I got the heavy weight, it cost more but I have it and it will last.

Me too. For the price I figured I'd give it a whirl. If not, my long johns have got me this far just fine

got my sierra stuff the other day. For $40 I can't say i'm upset but the midweight stuff is really thin. Now I haven't worn it yet, but I can't imagine it's going to replace my long johns.

Just pay the money for under armour it's best out there 2.0 3.0 an 4.0 a. I never get cold an u don't have to layer as much so ur way more comfort

i bought cabelas base layer.  its like a brown fleece material.  i love it.  keeps me really warm and its comfortable as well.  i don't have the under armour base layers, but going off of thither other products i can only imagine it is top notch.

I wear the Cabela's MT50 camo. It weighs like 35 lbs. But it keeps me warm.

I just had to upgrade my boots from 400gm to 800gm, and my feet were just OK. Not as warm as I like. I should of went with the 1000 gram boots, but I'm not happy to be breaking in a new set of boots mid season.

It was so cold today, I had to move around & couldn't sit in one spot for more than 2 hours.

Had to put hand warmers in my boots today to to stay warm. Didn't do me any good though I only saw a small six and some does Lol.

Still swear by the minus33 wool. When I have that on with some fleece the only thing cold is my feet, because my feet suck.
