ROCK N ROLL!! WHAT A STORM!!

Quite the thunder storm has been rolling through for the past 20 minutes and according to the radar has a ways to go.  What a lightning storm!

Im definitely enjoying this storm i just turned off the ac and opened the Windows and enjoying the thunder and lightning.

Batavia area should be getting wrapped pretty good now.....still some rain here with a little lightning.

I haven't seen or heard that much thunder n lightening since I left Florida! Always loved a good summer storm down there ...

So what's the deal with metal roofs? They don't attract lightning unless they are grounded? LOL.... I started wondering about that when I put the steel roof on the barn. Sure looks like something that lightning might find to be a good target. But it doesn't have a real good path to ground, which I guess is what lightning is looking for.
