Seriously though, we see it alot on our farms, Once in a while they have them during bow season, but I have never seen them on a deer by the time gun rolls around.

Had a young buck with one of those that must have been huge, right under his chin a while back. When I first seen it it was a flap of skin hanging down about 6-8" that would swing back and forth as he walked. We nicknamed him Flap. He disappeared two years later.
