well actually shot a good one yesterday, but screwed up my foot tracking it, spent most of my bday in the er, good new is its not broke, bad news is severe sprain, have to see orthopidic dr. tomorrow. tore some tendons and ligament damage, ( probabally caused by climbing hill to get out of woods with bad ankle) what was normally a 10 mminute walk became two hours... always try to hunt with someone, or at least have some one to call if you need a hand, to that i'd like to thank my friend joe for getting me out and to help.

Sorry to hear about the ankle, I know they can hurt. You need to ice it a lot. Believe me it's the single best thing you can do. It will speed up the healing. Stay off it, keep it elevated. I'm sure that's what they told you at the ER and they are right. Did you get the deer??
