Stevens Shotguns

Does anyone have any experience with Stevens shotguns? I am thinking of having Mrs Redneck getting one for me and my daughter for Christmas and from what I have read I see they are rated quite nicely for their price range. Can any one add their own experience with one?

good all around field gun I have had mine over 40 years its a 12 ga double I also have a 16 and a 20 double to match they have been good to me and have taking lots of rabbit a other small game

  Had a 16 ga. sxs which I sold to my cousin . I loved that gun for rabbits. He won't sell it back! Nice guns.

Savage/Stevens are great dependable work horses.

Had one in 20 ga. Dbbl.bbl. got many rabbits and grouse with it.

I have an old 311-A Steven's and its a grate gun for up land hunting a gun that made to be used and one your going to enjoy shooting

If you arecrefering to thye Russian made Stevens doubler barrels, the have a nasty trait of the trigger pinching the finger on firing.
