I was thinking fisher......but then I read the comments and can see fletchs point does look piggy face especially tail is blurred kinda looks long but could be part of the leg blurred in too

I gotta go with fisher. they have a very distinct look. I know we cant see a lot but the tail head and coat scream fisher. just my 2 Lincolns

The Fisher I've seen run like a ermine hunched and are.longer in body than tail., to me it really.looks like a cat caring something in its mouth.

front legs are way way too long and gait is wrong for a fisher, fisher front legs shorter than rear, even ambling they have a weasel rolling gait, tail is very long and up curving which is feline trait, weasel family tails stay straight when they move they don't arc.

that's a long haired black cat. That ground will hold tracks beautifully, what's the track say it is!

Sorry the one is a mangy fox not yote. I have him in other pics. I would say the picture in question is him but too small. I'm going to say fisher. I have them in the area but usually look thinner. I think it's just a weird angle and shadow.
